I about 7 pages back and didn't see them deeplinked. All I saw was links and more links. Good to keep it fresh anyhow.

That's the problem with a thread like this that has a mega-following. I'm glad I was around yesterday, 'cause the thread jumped a dozen pages or so. *huh*

I'm slightly disturbed about the 'special edition' tag on the battle of Geonosis and (albeit not as important as aforementioned set) mace's jsf. I certainly hope this doesn't mean they will be impossible to get trough regular channels.

It just means it'll be more expensive, LEGO S@H will still have it for most countries.

Another CW/PT set for the first half of 2011!

Not only speaking for you and me (btw I am pretty happy but far from satisfied in getting the V-Wing...) but also in regard of the sales numbers!

OT sets were and are selling like very hot cookies. I remember when the Echo Base or Landspeeder or Endor Battle were frequently sold out on s@h and they were selling pretty well on amazon. I don't remember there being such demand for, let's say the Freeco or other CW sets. Not only huge OT sets sell, also small ones. I thought TLC knows that.

I think these new pics could be put on the first post since they're not confidential.

Sign.

I'm happy there isn't any OT, I never really liked it. I guess TLG is hoping that all the little children watching TCW every week want to buy all this CW stuff; I guess there are just less OT fans than PT/CW fans.

I like those prints, from what I can tell. It's kinda hard to see if they all have jetpacks. It kinda looks like they do, and kinda looks like they don't.

Since it's rather going to be this one, I'd say no.

We just got that one so I don't think it'll be it.

Oh nice print!

Thanks! Pasted below:

Interesting. I'm not entirely sure why, but the torso prints look...different. It looks like the lines between the armor plates are bigger, or there's something in between them. I have no idea.

Does that turret have more than one barrel? Or is it just a black technic pin? Either way, it's great.

OKAY, i made it about ten or twenty pages and skiped to the end, so sorry if I missed something.

I don't see why everyone's bummed about the Batte of Geonosis- the title, BTW, i noticed in the first pic default_laugh_new.gif It has a nice proton caanon, Luminara, and a bonus speeder. And as for Vos, if the Tactical droid is of any referance, we'll likely see him later in a less expensice set. It also appears as they've taken the Mando's scoped blasters and given them to Aurra- interesting. And I think Jar Jar's arms are fleshie...

It's called Battle of Geonosis, so it should have Geonosians, which it doesn't :sadnew:

Something to comment on near the beginning!

You can see the Mando at the front and the one on the speeder have jetpacks, but I can't tell on the other two.

Two gun emplacements and a small speeder, plus four nice new mandos equals a definite purchase for me! :classic:

Thanks everyone for all the new pics!

EDIT: I need to refresh my page before I post!

i think that the tactacal droid in mace windos starfighter is a genosion based on landing at point rain.

I'd say it is a tactical droid when comparing the set with this picture.

Plus, I'd say he has a blue and tan colour scheme like this tactical droid.

The foldable blaster seems to be updated for the better. I can see a black telescope on the end. :classic:

Wow! So much news in only a short amount of time! Lots to talk about...

First of all,I am disappointed like the rest of you about the Battle of Geonosis. It is a cool set and I still want to get it, but I still do wish that it included geonosians! I hope this set isn't very expensive like this year's Swamp Speeder. It is pretty sad that Lego leaked the Battle of Naboo this early. I thought that they would have better control! That set is definitely a must have for me! With the summer sets, I am most excited for the Endor set and the Podracers. I have been wanting new podracers forever! I really hope that there is a Padme fig in the summer wave. I think Lego Star Wars desperately needs a Padme.

It's Battle for Geonosis; I guess TLG decided to save some money and pretend the Geonosians were indifferent to who was ruling them. :hmpf_bad:

Isn't that just a zoomed-in version of the overall pic?
