Do we know what kind of material JarJar's head is made of?

Hard plastic: C3-P0 or LGM from toy story

or

Soft Plastic: Yoda or Plo Koon

?

I's assume it's hard plastic since there aren't any spiky areas, and obviously it's simple enough to cast in hard plastic since the original Gungans were hard plastic.

Two orange arms!!! Hallelujah! There you are KDM, an anyone else that cared.

PLUS! Cool new prints on the Bomb Squad

The bomb squad troopers look great now that their arms are both now orange! :classic: And that ARF trooper is  .

Totally. The arms are finally fixed- AND it looks like the helmets are an orange mold with white printing! :cry_happy::thumbup:

But the leg printing is solid orange, right? I'm curious as to what the printed legs would look like with a CW Cody torso.

I don't think they would look that good, since Cody only needs orange accents, whereas these Bomb Squad legs are full on orange.

How much is orange? I just see the front part printed. Besides, TLG did the CW clone commanders with solid colored arms. I'm not saying it'll look good, I just want to know what it would look like. Not that anyone can truly answer that question at the time unless you know someone selling the sets.

Thanks prateek! Yes! I knew it, it just looks right that both arms are orange.

Best part? Leg printing.

Oh wow, in all my excitement over the molded orange helmets, I didn't even notice that! *oh2*

Watch the helmets not even be molded orange

I am disappointed like the rest of you about the Battle of Geonosis. It is a cool set and I still want to get it, but I still do wish that it included geonosians!

Worry not, I'm pretty sure we'd get a Geonosian in the Geonosian Starfighter in the second wave. Unless TLG plays megablocks and put a droid to pilot that. Seriously, we'll get the Geos, I'd bet my life on it.

Regarding Jar-Jar, the head print is just sweet - very oh-so detailed! And nice to see the color of the arms are same as that of the head print.

I also happen to like the V-Wing pilot's black head, it's a new print so it's good. And that puts to rest any hopes of a female pilot.

I wonder if the improved Jar Jar means we might see a better (non-CW) Yoda in the future... or ewoks (though I'm not interested in the Ewoks...

Wow the bomb squad troopers look mighty impressive!

The leg printing is great and it even has the little toe printing on the shoe! Now thats some good quality!

We got ewoks in 2009... :hmpf_bad:

I don't see any reason why they would want to make a new Yoda, since there is already an existing one which is based on the on-going CW series an is actually better in terms of details compared to the old one (IMO).

Just wishful thinking I guess... I missed alot before my Dark Ages ended, and I'd like to get a yoda, but the one-color molded heads of some of these really turn me off. I'm not a huge fan of Jar Jar, but I love the new printing.

Well, the CW Yoda is still very much available, you could even get him inexpensively in a magnet set.

Back on topic, knowing now that the Bomb Squad Trooper has printed legs, I hope these will be the farthest they'll go with the details in future clone figs. Leg prints are still acceptable, I just hope they won't do the arm prints, it's too much details IMO.

Have we seen anything that suggests landing gear on the V-wing? The front looks thin enough as it is, and it would really help "balance" it out.

To the best of my knowledge, all starfighters that don't already have flat bottoms will have landing gear, with the exception of the B-wing. What remains to be seen is if it will be proper landing gear or just an immovable brick jutting out of the bottom.

I'm not quite familiar with the actual build of the V-Wing, but Doc is right, small starfighters like that and the JSFs should have landing gears. Why couldn't they just put similar landing gears of the Delta-7B to the V-Wing? Maybe not exactly the same, but something similiar, it would just be wrong not to have one.

Yeah. So far the JSFs are the only starfighters to have full landing gear, I believe.

My thoughts on the new sets. The ones that caught my eye, at least.

Battle of Naboo: MUST. BUY. LOVE THE GUNGANS, AND THE DROID CARRIER IS GREAT.

Battle of Geonosis: Other than the BARC speeder, it looks great! Plus it comes with Luminara and Rex. It may be too pricey for me though, hopefully it isn't too expensive.

V-Wing: Darn Lego. I loved the original pilot, the TIE one just turns me off. Oh well. I'll wait for better pics or reviews before I decide. I already have the old V-Wing, but this one looks great.

Yay, new pics! I'm glad the orange arms are finally fixed. Maybe it was just my eyes playing up on me, but I was sure that I saw white arms. It also seems that the orange printing on the helmet is improved to look more diamond-shaped.

The Imperial V-Wing looks much better now that I see it up close. It looks a bit thinner, though. I'm glad the pilot has been replaced with a non-visored helmet. Personally, I don't really like those open helmets.

Edit: Oh hey, cool. It looks like the legs have orange printing on the front instead of being fully orange. That's nice.
