Bendybadger Posted July 25, 2010 Posted July 25, 2010 Hello all, I am going through my second childhood after rediscovering Lego. It started when the Daily Mirror was doing free Star Wars Lego with the paper. I got the first one and remembered the joy of the minifig. I have always like the minifigs especially probably even more than than a set maybe because the are a lot easier to constuct The new collectable minifigs are fantastic but I don't like the idea of having to purchase minfigs without knowing what is in the bags (boo to series 3) I don't have a massiive collection but want to start and build on the little I have. Don't really have the space for sets so minifig suit me nicely at the moment. I have a few Starwars figures and some Spiderman and would like to start collecting the Batman minifigs but some are quite pricey So hello all Quote

Blackicep8ntball Posted July 29, 2010 Posted July 29, 2010 Welcome indeed. I always find it curious when people find the minifigures more enjoyable than the sets; I was always the other way around (with the exception of the Boba Fett figures... I really do like those guys ). Anyway, interesting name, and hope you find all the collectible minifigs! Quote

I do enjoy the sets the problem I have is not having enough space to display the sets and it feels such a shame to leave sets in a box. So minifigs=good for my mini house Quote
Big Cam Posted July 29, 2010 Posted July 29, 2010 Welcome back to LEGO! Also thank goodness your avatar isn't animated, or I might go crazy. It's been around 6 years since I saw the badger badger video. Quote
dr_spock Posted July 30, 2010 Posted July 30, 2010 Welcome aboard. Yup, mini-figs are much easier to put together than the rest of the set. Quote
