Hobbes Posted April 12, 2006 Posted April 12, 2006 No, not another thread asking for more or why there are so few. A thread about how to make them, ideas by 1000steine member mijasper: More pictures in his gallery (click image). I especially like his Michael Jackson :-D Good thing I didn't throw away my old MF torsos :'-) Quote
Sir Dillon Posted April 12, 2006 Posted April 12, 2006 Wow. There are some great ideas in there. His Queen Elizabeth is also very nice. Quote
SuvieD Posted April 12, 2006 Posted April 12, 2006 Nice stuff. I wish LEGO would be using parts creatively like that. Or at least making a few new parts for the lady figures. Something more feminine. I don't much care for these other than for display. Using hands like he does makes for fragile figures. That MJ is almost too realistic. Sort of creepy. X-O Quote
Aredhel Posted April 12, 2006 Posted April 12, 2006 Really good find, Hobbes! This is a cool idea to make female MFs. Quote
jonfett Posted April 12, 2006 Posted April 12, 2006 Not only has he used one basic piece to good effect, he has loads of great ideas for different minifig poses. I really like Charlie Chaplin and Dillon said Queen Elizabeth. Jon. Quote
Beagle Posted April 12, 2006 Posted April 12, 2006 Wow, cool stuff! What are those pieces he used for Chaplin's feet? And how'd he get Frank Zappa's head to angle down like that? I love the Marilyn Monroe... using the different slopes as the legs and the teeth as the feet is brilliant. Quote
