Diidy Posted July 30, 2010 Posted July 30, 2010 (edited) Hi, this is my vignette: Laboratory I hope that you like it! Edited July 30, 2010 by Diidy Quote
prateek Posted July 30, 2010 Posted July 30, 2010 Great job. I like the stool, and the petri dishes and test tubes are nicely done Quote
LuxorV Posted July 30, 2010 Posted July 30, 2010 Very nice and clean design, Diidy! Thanks for sharing and welcome to Eurobricks I'm also working on a design for a stool, and I must say I like your solution. I really like your slim microscope, but, if I may say, I think it could use some focus/magnification controls like the ones I added to mine Quote
anna Posted July 30, 2010 Posted July 30, 2010 Very beautiful moc! I love the design, very great details! Nice job Quote
lightningtiger Posted July 30, 2010 Posted July 30, 2010 EXCELLENT 'Diidy' - the stool, the test tubes, the microscope, on fact everything is an excellent piece of MOC'ing ! Great work 'Diidy' and I'm a conformist! ! Quote
Hey75 Posted July 31, 2010 Posted July 31, 2010 Nice design and details. I like the test tube and the stool. Quote
dr_spock Posted July 31, 2010 Posted July 31, 2010 Excellent lab MOC. Interesting stool design. Quote
XimenaPaulina Posted July 31, 2010 Posted July 31, 2010 (edited) Nicely done Diidy! I really appreciate this MOC for the simple reason that I work in a real one, and I can attest to the accuracy of the basic elements of a working lab - the computer, microscope, research books, mobile cabinet, lab. stool, petri dishes, etc. But what I was most impressed is the use of the jewels as Erlenmeyer flasks - they are the same shape and the diff. colors simulate different chemicals inside. And the lab. guy holding the flask with the tong is really nice. Only thing missing is some sort of custom lab.coat, which I've seen some MOCers have done. Edited July 31, 2010 by KielDaMan Quote
MrTools Posted July 31, 2010 Posted July 31, 2010 You captured the look of a lab very well, i like the two clear studs as petri dished as well as crystals for beakers. Quote
I Scream Clone Posted July 31, 2010 Posted July 31, 2010 Great job on the crystal flasks, microscope and all the other nice details crammed in to this. Quote
Rick Posted July 31, 2010 Posted July 31, 2010 Indeed, very nice use of the crystal pieces. Amazing, so many details in an 8 x 8 space. Quote
SilentMode Posted July 31, 2010 Posted July 31, 2010 Nice! Very inventive use of the accessories and utilities - particularly with the "beaker" and the stool. You've done this before..! Quote
Modulex Guy Posted August 2, 2010 Posted August 2, 2010 I love the way you made the book shelf... very Ikea-esque. The stool is a nice design as well. Quote
Legoroni Posted August 2, 2010 Posted August 2, 2010 I really Like that stool. I may have to use it in my cafe corner interior as a bar stool. Quote
Ratshot Posted August 2, 2010 Posted August 2, 2010 That stool is very creative You have some very clever uses of pieces here. Quote
