Well, the second series starts tomorrow, and I know MattZitron and I are 'pumped' as they say.

Comment on episodes and discuss stuff to do with DW here. And here's a good site which MattZitron showed us in the Christmas Invasion topic.

I got the new RadioTimes today, with episode listings and a pull-out cover featuring characters from this series. I'm hoping to get some of the new figures. And yes, I'm still hunting for that RC Dalek.

I will probably watch it, but I don't think David Tennant will be as good as Christopher Ecleston. From the trailer the new effects look good, but I doubt the stories or acting will beat the last series.

Just finished watching it like 2 minutes ago.

I agree with Jon's speculation here though, David, while good, just can't beat Christopher, he doesn't do serious aswell.

The effects were good and I love the cat doctors (being a cat owner ;) ) but the acting while they were supposedly Cassandra got annoying.

Still I ejoyed it. *sweet*

That's what I thought, but it probably would have killed her or her memory. It was an ok episode, the effects were ok but the storyline was just lacking some of the last series. I agree with Sarg in that the acting wasnt great, in fact really annoying! Next weeks episode doesnt look that brilliant.. I just want the cybermen!

lol I agree it sorta lacked the magic, but never mind, I'm sure we'll get into the swing by the end of next episode. Also you are right, I cannot wait, FOUR Cybermen episodes, it is gonna be great :D. Finally, something to look forward to on a Saturday evening. Moisturise me moisturise me.

I saw bits of the episode, and it looks good. I think David Tennant is a brilliant actor (if you haven't seen him in Casanova, check it out) but he cannot act seriously too well. But I look forward to seeing how he develops the character.

Cassandra was certainly a hilarious character, what with all the possessing she managed to pull off :-D. It was great to see her back, and aww as always she saw the light at the end.

I finally came to accept Tennant in this weeks episode, feautring the wonderfully creepy Anthony Head and the bats. I thought the show had finally regained the brilliance seen in last year's series.

I think I preffered last week's episode, this one seemed to drag on a bit and didn't really focus on the plot as much as I liked, it seemed more devoted to bringing back old characters.

AFFIRMATIVE! I loved that episode :D great blend of characters tehe, and a lovely set of villains. I am really looking forward to next week, *tick tock tick tock* haha those villains really are like the ones in 'The Clockwise Man', I wonder if they are connected. Ah well, after THAT, CYBERMEN! Gonna be a great series, especially with the apparent return of Captain Jack. I guess this was confirmed by him being said to be in the last two episodes along with Sally, check it out in IMDB.net.

Pretty odd episode last night. Prewtty damn odd. The way those robots managed to mimic both Karl Korenen from Hellboy and V from V for Vendetta was... quite something.

Still, I look forward to the Cybus Corporation next Saturday. Looks great.

Last night's epidsode was ok, but i have to admit, that they seem to be struggling to come up with new aliens which aren't just badly computer animated. But i can't wait for the Cybermen to return next week.

I did enjoy last nights ep but i have to agree that since the start of the new dr who series that they seem to be lacking new aliens, still the Cybermen eps should be cool.
