Hoexbroe Posted August 7, 2010 Posted August 7, 2010 Hi folks, My name is Henrik, and I´m a danish AFOL born in 1967. I came out of my dark ages around the year 2004, and after some on and off´s I now seem to be firmly back into Lego! I´ve been living in Spain since 1999, and a member of the HispaLUG forum since 2009. I like to build MOC´s, and especially buy CREATOR sets because of their slightly better cost/pieces ratio. Many CITY and TECHNIC sets also finds their way to my vault, but only very few branded/licensed sets. I have bought from Legos oficial PaB a couple of times, but am currently looking into acquiring pieces in a more economic way (BL). I build in all styles, themes and scales, but seem to have most success with minifig-sized ships; Looking forward to participating here! Thank you for reading, and my best regards to all! Quote

Captain Green Hair Posted August 9, 2010 Posted August 9, 2010 Welcome to Eurobricks, it's always nice to see another shipbuilder in here. I absolutely love your Jaques Cousteau ship, great work! Quote
Blackicep8ntball Posted August 9, 2010 Posted August 9, 2010 Welcome Henrik! A Dane in Spain... so you're kind of like a Spanish Danish . Very nice introduction, and catchy title for your thread too. You've got quite the collection of MOCs, so it's easy to see you've got some skills! Looking forward to seeing more of your builds. Cheers! Quote
WhiteFang Posted August 9, 2010 Posted August 9, 2010 Welcome Henrik. Glad to have you here. Your MOCs are truly beautiful. Looking forward to see them floating around in Eurobricks. Quote
Milan Posted August 9, 2010 Posted August 9, 2010 Welcome! These ships are really something! Wow! Quote
Superkalle Posted August 9, 2010 Posted August 9, 2010 Aha, I thought it was the Cousteau ship. Absolutely fantastic work. Perhaps you can explain a bit how you did the hull? Why not start a topic about it? "The dane in spain stays mainly in the plain" Or? Quote

Why not start a topic about it? Thanks a lot! :-))) Well, I AM tempted to do a presentation here, but as this is an older MOC (>1 year) and that it already has a very thorough presentation on MOCpages (inclduing a look into the construction), is long gone presented on Flickr and Brickshelf, -and was featured in the the Hispabrick 006 magazine (english language!) link, -Then I dont think it is new enough for Eurobricks. (I will of course present anything new I might come up with, here on this site ;-) ) Quote
