RobinBobinTheGreat Posted August 13, 2010 Posted August 13, 2010 This house is small, and it isn't really interesting. But I hope, you will like it! "Where is my dinner?!" "It will be very soon..." Quote
ANT Posted August 13, 2010 Posted August 13, 2010 This house is very nice! I especially like the details you put into it, the light above the bed for example Quote
Sandy Posted August 13, 2010 Posted August 13, 2010 This house is very nice! I especially like the details you put into it, the light above the bed for example. I agree that this is a nice little house that reminds me of the style of the Blacksmith's House set released about a decade ago, as well as the style of the medieval Playmobil houses. However, the aforementioned lamp above the bed is the only thing I don't really understand. Houses didn't have electricity in them in the Middle Ages, after all, and it doesn't look like a gas lamp either. So can I ask what was the thought behind it? Quote

I was thinking it must hold candles or something, although most typical homes back then wouldn't have even had that... what caught my eye was the tap for running water... I hate saying bad things, because it's really nice otherwise... the expressions on the couples faces, the bed, the fireplace, the exterior (particularly the front) are all great. Quote
RoryoCox Posted August 13, 2010 Posted August 13, 2010 This is a good attempt at a House. Even though there is not a lot going on on the exterior, a lot of houses were like that and didn't have extravagant detail. The interior is much better though and I do like the mad husband and scared wife thing. Quote

In my opinion, this is a candle inside it Some years ago LEGO said "Just imagine" Yeah... I was thinking it must hold candles or something, although most typical homes back then wouldn't have even had that... what caught my eye was the tap for running water... Yes, this lamp is very strange Thank you very much. I promise, I shall say "no" to strange lamps This is a good attempt at a House. RobinBobinTheGreat Posted August 13, 2010 Author Posted August 13, 2010 What is she gonna do with that knife?! I think, this day - the last day in her husband's life Quote
Brig. Brick Posted August 14, 2010 Posted August 14, 2010 the MOC is very nice but, there is a chance to add some green?, a plant here or there will put some live in the exterior Quote
Capt. Stabbin Posted August 15, 2010 Posted August 15, 2010 Nice job! The outside looks really nice. I like the hinge opening feature. Is that the same bed from the market village? Keep up the great work!! Quote
KimT Posted August 15, 2010 Posted August 15, 2010 This house is small, and it isn't really interesting. But I hope, you will like it! Why say something like that? If you don't like your own MOC - then don't show it I think you've done pretty well - building something that small with so much detail is hard. Kudos on a job well done In the future please stay positive Quote
