An inverse 1x1 cheese slope would be amazing

Yes, I think a lot of people want that!

In fact, many parts would be useful as reversed versions.

A part that was the inverse of the 1 x 1 tile with clip (i.e. it had a stud instead of a stud receptacle) would be very very useful to me.

And if it had a hollow stud, it could also connect 2 bars at a right angle .

Also I thought that there should be more sizes of reverse tile, not just 2x2.

Same here! While talking to someone last year about new Nexo Knights parts, he said he would find an inverse cheese slope a great new part for filling some gaps on creations at times.

There is the solution of a Technic stud pin being inserted under a brick to stud a cheese slope under the brick upside down, but the stud pin does not allow the slope to flesh completely to the underside of the brick, so an inverse would be great.

I have been waiting to see this part used in other sets maybe to explain its intended purpose, but so far, part no. 27262( pictured below) seems to be used as a mudflap/guard in some Nexo Knights sets this year.

Nonetheless, it would be nice to see this part in transparent colors for canopy usage, the same way part no. 17979( pictured below) has been used in transparent colors recently.

That would be cool, but I'm not sure it would work geometry wise.

Yes, it depends on what you are making but I have some sets from Mega and the builds you can pull off with that part are outstandingly cool. And once you know a thing exists it cannot be unseen. I really really wish LEGO had something similar.

This one

But on a 1x2 base (so just the front half) and not a 2x2 base. I had so many situations where I could have used such a piece.

Doesn't something like this already exist?

The difference is that that piece is as wide as a brick is tall, and the piece @peedeejay wants is exactly the width of a brick. I agree it would be a useful piece, but I don't think it would be a major game-changer.

As for the upside-down cheese, cheese pieces are small enough that surface tension will hold them to the underside (or lateral side) of a brick if you dab the edge with water, although that clearly won't do for any long-term display. Is it purist? Eh.

Now an inverted 1x1 with clip? Sign me up. I would also like a 1x1 round plate with center hole that has a 1M horizontal bar, in bley and black, please.

The other difference is the SNOT stud offset is different for both of those. The white one peedeejay displayed has the SNOT studs flush with the vertical build while the grey piece shown is offset:

I am very curious why Lego never went ahead with those, though smaller sizes would be even better.

Mine are from Wange.  Set JX001 has 25.

A while back, I heard that it was because Megabrands had a strong patent on the double-sided-studs part. I don't know if that is the reason or not, but it would be a good reason for TLG to skip it.

Decent large size transparent panels to make large windshields, space bases, and other types of vehicles. Brick built based solutions are not as visually appealing.

What are these from?

I have these that were made by Lego:

I've wanted LEGO to produce these pieces for as long as I can remember. Supplementary set? I'd want/buy them in all the colours they deemed fit to make them!

A bit of digging revealed there was a chap who had some for sale: Blacktronite.com

Unreleased double plates

Checked his bricklink store, long gone it seems. No idea how much they might have cost, probably too much for me.

Dear Lego, please reconsider producing these!

Also, a 1x1 brick with an axle hole.

I have actually needed a part like that before, as well as a 1x2 brick with 2 axle holes (just like the pin hole version).

Thanks for mentioning the 1x2 version! I forgot to mention it.

It would be nice to have part no.18988 (pictured below) made in either Trans. Fluorescent Green or Trans. Bright Green to use for Green Lantern energy construct MOCs.

Now it would be a stretch, but it would also be great to have part no. 93541 (pictured below) in both Trans. Clear or Trans. Bright Green for either Invisible Jet MOCs or GL energy construct MOCs again like mentioned above.
