Minifigure Neck Bracket with 2 Back Studs

This pieces, but made to have clips rather than studs. It would allow wings to be a full plate closer to torso than they are now. Currently we attach clips to this pieces, making wings/etc stand way to far off of the body, and making them harder to stand. I feel this piece will be made eventually, and hoping sooner than later
