Start basic and keep adding to it as you go along Edited August 24, 2010 by The Red Brick

UltimateLegoMan Posted August 24, 2010 Author Posted August 24, 2010 ok, i understand i shouldnt be here, but can someone tell me the sizes of each track piece in cm?
fred67 Posted August 24, 2010 Posted August 24, 2010 ok, i understand i shouldnt be here, but can someone tell me the sizes of each track piece in cm? Try this: Track Planning and also try LDD and unlocking the "Universe Mode" as described elsewhere on this site. Then you can plan your layout and even virtually build it with LDD before using actual pieces.

The Yellow Brick Posted August 24, 2010 Posted August 24, 2010 i cant download LDD, and i only wanted the sizes. Well 1 piece of Straight Track is 16 studs long.
frogstudio Posted August 25, 2010 Posted August 25, 2010 (edited) Well, my advise, go and download Bluebrick software (it's really easy to use, doesn't need to be installed and it's free). With it, you should be able to draw any track layout you like (just know that 4 flexi tracks, the one that bend equal 1 straight track)and get the part list and print it. So, instead of asking anyone to draw it for you, don't miss the fun of creating and doing it yourself (that's what Lego is all about anyway!!!)Enjoy. WesternOutlaw Posted August 25, 2010 Posted August 25, 2010 UltimateLegoMan: part of the responsibility for any member of the LEGO community (especially an Adult or Teen Fan of LEGO) is to take it upon themself to do a little research before asking questions of other members, especially when asking Simple Simon questions. I recommend you take a look at the Train Tech Index under the topic of Tracks and/or do some research through available LEGO Train resources to answer your own question. Also, Train Depot's Track Designer is a great program for designing simple layouts. After doing so, measurements are provided. Topic closed and further action is pending.
