August 27, 201014 yr This is an excellent rendition of the upcoming Hogwarts! I have to admit, it almost looks better having the staggered walls instead of the giant panels, though i am not sure about the removing of all of the dark tan. In the movies, the walls of many of the buildings appear to be in both a combination of tan and dk tan. I do wonder about your minfigs though . Was that a Collectible Minifigure series 1 zombie head that i saw on the ghost? This is undoubtedly the best official set of Hogwarts produced yet. Excellent work, Svelte! Sirius
August 27, 201014 yr Wow! It is so cool to meet a fellow Harry Potter fan! It is my display at our shows too. I have a question, where'd you find the instructions at for this?
August 27, 201014 yr Author I have to ask you, though, why didn't you make your own Flitwick for the set, and instead included Ron and Draco? Do you have something against the teacher of Charms, huh? I added Ron and Draco as I wanted some more bods in the Great Hall, and I just couldn't replicate the boggle-yed yet bushy-stached glory of the upcoming Flitwick fig so I left it out altogether
August 27, 201014 yr WANT. That is what I think of the set, also, it seems that you did a really good job on the MOC(?) , It's very close to the real thing. Great review, as well, I especially liked the amount of insight on the features, since most of them can't be captured in Toyfair pics. I was excited about this before, but now I want it MOAR. -ES
August 27, 201014 yr Wow! Great job! I can't wait for the review of the real set. BTW, I love how you used the bricks to substitute for the angled walls
August 28, 201014 yr Thank you for this amazing Hogwarts Castle Review!!! I really love all the small details you brought into it and the positioning of all the figs etc. -Aredhel
