August 31, 201014 yr I know Cafe Corner is discontinued, so you're only going to find that online for A LOT of money. Not sure on the Green Grocer, but I think it's also discontinued..

It's not discontinued yet. But from what I've heard from my sources it will be officially discontinued at the end of this year (december 31). But if Cafe Corner was any indication GG will most likely get sold out in a month or two...

Don't mind the room, needs to be painted still as I've justed moved in with my parents again :s Your best shots will be LEGO S@H or BrickLink. Kevin

September 2, 201014 yr 239SGD I think it is MSRP (US $149 in S@H US). TRU had buy one get one 50% promotion and somebody got 2 Fire Bridge sets. that could be the best deal. I think Cafe corner is too over priced (unless you are a collector and you must have it). I would skip it. I believe TLG would have more or even better Modular sets (but CC is almost the 'classic' for sure) Simply Toys have the Cafe corner for 650SGD. Quite a hefty price. Not too sure if I should get it. Any Comments The mentioned sets are no longer made available in Singapore for a very long time, unless you decided to purchase it via secondary market as mentioned such as ST. As for Fire Brigade, I strongly recommend you to pick it up soon before the promotion is over, unless you intend to give up the entire modular series since you don't own the previous sets. Ultimately, it's really up to you to see how you can justify the purchase but personally, it's really too expensive for me to go into this series at such a late stage. You might be able to get Cafe Corner at a slightly lower price, I think. But if you are looking at the retail price which sold like before, it's practically almost impossible. A word of advice, next time if you could like to create a new topic, please specify your agenda clearly and do a little bit of reading around before creating as I could easily split this topic into 2 different directions as created earlier.
