:oh3::oh:*oh2* Well done! I love this work so much, just the snot detail, the wings, the ingenious cockpit, the shape, everything is simply stunning beautifully brilliant! Well done and truly keep bricking!

Wow, very cool. A solid and original build. The cockpit is great. The color scheme reminds me of my childhood, everything was red and black! Great colors.

Hello!

A dark and menacing looking spacecraft! :classic: The shape is quite unique with the double set of panels to each side. I also like the use of turntable bases without turntable on the side of the cockpit which is a nice detail on its own by using the curved window. :classic:

Cheers,

~ Christopher

That's a great entry Blackice! I particularly love the overall shape of the spacecraft, with the bent cockpit head and double wings at each side. The black with red highlights really give the ship a very menacing look. I also like how you used the curved trans-clear window piece for the cockpit. Best of luck in the contest!

BTW, the outside shot of the spacecraft adds a nice touch to the bounty-hunter-on-a-strange planet effect. Good job! default_thumbup.gif

Amazing! This is my favourite colour scheme, so it's easy to please me but the model is excellent regardless...

Looks a bit like Laserbeak haha.

Nice ship, it has a very purposeful look about it. Not sure I’d like it dropping out of the sky at me!

Hee Hee, when I saw this thread title I thought it was reffering to 'Q' from Startrek and thought why does a Q need a ship? Anyway my stupidity aside, gosh I like this ship Blackicep8ntball, specifically:

The cockpit design - in particular the two hoses covering the cockpit. I also like the silver metallic section behind the cockpit (when viewed on your top down Flickr photos).

The innovative use of these pieces - Turntable 2 x 2 Plate, Base on each side of the ship

The two large engines, when coupled with the two smaller side engines, hint at a ship which has a fast base speed, but is also quite agile and maneuverable

The black and red colour scheme gives off a natural "I'm dangerous" vibe.

The downwards angle of the cockpit, when combined with the angle of the side wings, gives it a sleek look, enhancing the above mentioned fast feel.

Perhaps the only thing I would add (and apologies if it's there and I didn't notice) is to add a rear gun turret - to enhance it's weapon coverage.

Good luck with the Madness contest - you deserve to do well

Wow guys, thanks for the amazing response! This kind of quality feedback is just why I joined Eurobricks - It makes one feel all warm inside to get compliments like these :classic: .

@ Legostein and MrMcGow: I'm glad to hear you guys like the turntables! I used them more or less out of desperation when I ran out of black tiles, but I'm glad they turned out well.

As for a rear turret, I think you're dead on with that suggestion; I really didn't think to add anything like that so I'll have to see what I can do.

Thanks again all!

Wow. I really like how you used that piece for the cockpit, and the wings are great!
