Posted September 3, 201014 yr I decided to make a vignette showing off the complete Series 2 minifigure range, and what better way to show this than a fun day at the beach! More pics on Flickr and MOCPages Thanks for looking. Cheers ISC.
September 3, 201014 yr Very entertaining scene ISC. I really like the thought that went into every little detail. I really like your idea for 'integrating' the towels. The wave is amazing. And the sand-sculpting ancients and the mime-clam encounter are pretty funny.
September 3, 201014 yr Outstanding scenery! I love all of the details that you have put into each and every of these minifigs. The blue wave is my favourite detail among the rest. And, I took the privilege of blogging you inside,
September 3, 201014 yr Very lovely vignette! It's great to see all the Series 2 minifigs in one beach party! The surfer in the waves is just epic! The small scenes I like a lot are the Hoplite and Phaoroah making sand structures and the Pop Star still singing even when recreating. Great job as always ISC!
September 3, 201014 yr I like all the thoughtful details you put into your MOC's I Scream Clone and this is no exception. For example the vampire standing safely in the shade and the sphinx sand sculpture the pharoah is creating. That wave is just first class
September 3, 201014 yr What a great way to exhibit these minifigs. All the big ticket items such as the wave are obviously good, but it is the little details like the wet sand, seagull and towels that show off your talent.
September 3, 201014 yr AWESOME 'ISC' just AWESOME - nice to see everyone enjoying a day in the sun and no SpongeBob in sight ! I'm a conformist! !
September 3, 201014 yr Great moc ISC, I really like that you've found a way to incorporate all the series 2 collectible mini-figures. The towels are a really nice feature and I also like the wave. the Inventor
September 4, 201014 yr Author ISC waves to everyone. Cheers guys for the nice comments and to Whitefang for the Blogging.

September 4, 201014 yr Well done, this scene is simply brilliant! I my absolute favorite part is the Pharaoh building a sand sphinx Good work, and keep bricking!
September 4, 201014 yr my absolute favorite part is the Pharaoh building a sand sphinx Agreed! Superb, ISC! The wave technique and the surfer's wake is brilliant. And I love the towels!
September 4, 201014 yr Hello! You packed a whole lot of fantastic things to discover in your beach diorama. I took quite some time until I caught most of them. I especially liked the small Sphinx sculpture. Everything great! ~ Christopher
September 6, 201014 yr This looks effortless - like you didn't even have to try to fit them all in the scene. And the wave is very impressive! Edited September 6, 201014 yr by Artanis I
September 6, 201014 yr Noice work, ISC! Conceptually it's a bit of a stretch to fit the Spartan/ Pharaoh in there, but you make it work I, like everyone else, adore the little beach towels. Too cute!
September 6, 201014 yr I my absolute favorite part is the Pharaoh building a sand sphinx Good work, and keep bricking! Agreed! The first thing I stumbled upon. Very, very well done, ISC!
September 7, 201014 yr Wow! Great job! My favourite is the Mexican. His hat is in a perfect position! Agreed! Agreed! poor vampire!!!
September 8, 201014 yr For the towels, did you use tiles sideways? I've been baffled until now if that's right.
September 15, 201014 yr Author For the towels, did you use tiles sideways? I've been baffled until now if that's right. Thanks, I used four layers of plates with tiles as the fifth layer. this equals exactly two studs across, so drops in nicely.
