Posted September 4, 201014 yr Hi all! Here is the new ship my girlfriend and I did. Similar to Adrianna, the ship is modular: Captain's cabin: Kitchen: Sleeping chambers: Cross sections: Three different cannon ball types. Big ones for destroying the enemy ship's hull. Medium ones connected with ropes for tearing down the sails and small ones for eliminating the crew. Battle monkeys training Grappling hooks: Defeated enemies end like this and undisciplined crew members also: Compared to Adrianna: And let's make the battle begin! Hope you like it!
September 4, 201014 yr And I do like it! What a nice, and large ship! There are a few things I really like, like the window usage to access the lower decks, great job and very original idea! I also like the treasure lid parts as fence, again a great use of parts. The rigging looks great, and those dark red sails add a spooky look. One remark though; I think she is a bit too black. Of course it's a pirate ship, but I would use some more brown in it though. Great job nevertheless!
September 4, 201014 yr Man such a beautiful and large ship! Just a few things I love about this build are the modularity, the many play options, the idea of showing multiple types of shot, and of course, attack monkeys! This is a brilliant and beautiful design, well done and keep bricking!
September 4, 201014 yr formidable pirate ship for the battle againts Adrianna I do like the three different cannon ball types, they called "ball", "chains" and "grapes" The army of the twelve monkeys... is great The capitain room, with the red carpet, and a great hook collection, He has style The punishment of the undisciplined crew and past enemies, very pirate style I Love your modular style, very professional!!!
September 4, 201014 yr Very nice ship once again Lets start the conclusion Pros: Monkey Army: Fun idea Different Ammotypes: Really great idea Playbility The ovverall look Detailed inside and the deck Cons: The ships color is too black The size: Its actually kinda smiliar as Adrianna: Usually pirates used small and fast ships, but thats not so inportant Overall i think its aa great ship, and the name...... Nightmare? Would that be good name? Captain Becker
September 4, 201014 yr Beautifly done again. i love the immense detail, especially th three cannon ball types. You may just want a little more color, the black seems lacking. Im bad with names, but i have two that pretty much need to be built upon and fixed a little... scavenger or tides terror...
September 4, 201014 yr i wonder who will win great work. i love the interior details and the dead guys just one thing, why is the stern so square? but other than that, great work!
September 4, 201014 yr Wow! I love every inch! That figure head is scary, and I really like it in black.
September 5, 201014 yr That's a very fine ship you have there! Not realistic in any way, but still great fun and it really captures that original classic pirates feel very well. The modularity is great as it is the case with the Imperial ship of yours. You really should add gunports to the lower gundeck! A few holes in the hull won't do it! And please add some ratlines to the masts. I don't feel custom ones necessary here, but they're always the best... Also I'm not to convinced by the pirate flags on the upper guneck... Apart from that it's a nice ship really.
September 5, 201014 yr A really nice ship IMO, and I do like it in black, which of course is a personal choiche. It could be slightly more realistic, but who cares if it is for 'playing' or pleasure. My favourite part is the Captain's Cabin!
September 13, 201014 yr Author Thank you all! Nightmare seems like a good name. Thanks to Captain Becker and Nosaj for suggestions!
September 14, 201014 yr I Think a GREAT name for that ship is "Vulture" every time i look at that ship i think of them!!
September 17, 201014 yr I abslosutely LOVE that pic...about the ship...is great! i love the boarding pics too
September 18, 201014 yr I always love seeing your work! It does seem a little too black. The monkeys are hilarious. They look very much the same except for color. I also love the modularity and the types of cannon balls. Nice work! Capt.JohnPaul
September 21, 201014 yr That's a huge and truly magnificent vessel! I love the red sails. Expect it to be blogged soon! [bloggedcp][/bloggedcp]
September 21, 201014 yr Great and huge ships you present us. Very difficult your question with the name. But I would think "Red Panther" would be a good name. Red because of the sails and Panther because it is a fast and black ship. Did your girlfriend really work with you together? This must be real love
