New lego magazine

Got this through the post this morning. Not much in it really, lots of comics though :|

Looks quite cool. The body seems to have even less pieces than the old ones did, but at least the shield isn't made of cardboard this time.

I actually prefer the older one to this one.

It is just that it looks like it uses too many molded pieces. The helmet, the body and the shield all look like huge molds of plastic. The old ones used a range of pieces, not just large bits. But I would like to see more pictures before I make a real opinion.

Looks very cool, thinking about it, we got Vladek as a minifig in the summer 04, maybe we get the new him summer 05? As an minifig

The ad says coming Jan. 2005 but we have had this set for about a month now at our (Lego) store. I'm not a huge fan of the Knights/BIONICLE figs so I don't pay attention to the new items when they come in. Especially the BIONICLE sets with names like Vakama, Nokama, Whenua, Onewa, Matau, Nuju, Onua Nuva and Pohatu Nuva :oo I can't even pronounce the names. Kids are really into them though and ask for them by name. The BIONICLE line is also the biggest seller in my store. But for me they are too un-Lego like.
