Zepher Posted September 19, 2010 Author Posted September 19, 2010 I'm curious to see who the other fedora-wearing character is in the goverment section. But Senator Zephington, of course!
Sisco Posted September 19, 2010 Posted September 19, 2010 Of course. How could we have forgotten about the host?!
Peanuts Posted September 19, 2010 Posted September 19, 2010 So I´m not a florist, but Percy Nutter? Also fine to me. I´m wondering what my role´s going to be now and how that problem with my PM will be solved. Anyways, I´m excited to get my PM.

Lord Arjay Posted September 19, 2010 Posted September 19, 2010 "What's that you say? The mafia are here to stay? I'll make them pay.." said Mr Jay. I am Mr Ari Jay (pronounced Aree) your local mortician, in fact I'm your only mortician! Business recieved quite the boom recently and what with this new activity we are embarking on the upward trend can only continue. Arharhar! Grand Vizier Shadir the One Eyed still hasn't gotten all of you cleaned out of his elephant's foot. The man in black still thinks he was right... Vote:Conservative! I never did like the look of that Douglas-Home...
HouseofH Posted September 19, 2010 Posted September 19, 2010 (edited) Cancel that, I've got the messenger now. No PM yet though. Edited September 19, 2010 by HouseofH

Or are you impartial to this chain of events, and merely desiring for more business? . How can you like this turn of events? As a dedicated student, anything that detracts me from my studies is an utter disaster! I can only hope that my teachers survive this, so I can continue to learn! Sorry, gotta go, have a English essay to finish Susan
Inconspicuous Posted September 19, 2010 Posted September 19, 2010 And I've updated my avatar! I eagerly await the start of the game.
Zepher Posted September 19, 2010 Author Posted September 19, 2010 Sorry folks. I'm aware this is a huge pain in the back side, but my computer with my character notes and pictures keeps crashing. I'm sending out them as soon as possible. I'm really sorry for the inconvience, but beyond the suspense the game itself isn't being pushed back - Tuesday will still hold Day 1 for you folks!
The Legonater Posted September 20, 2010 Posted September 20, 2010 Sorry folks. Nah, it's fine. If it helps, you could put the files on a jumpdrive and moce them to a different comp.
ThatGuyWithTheBricks Posted September 20, 2010 Posted September 20, 2010 Nah, it's fine. If it helps, you could put the files on a jumpdrive and moce them to a different comp. Hah! Jumpdrive. We call them flashdrives in good 'ole 'Merica.
The Legonater Posted September 20, 2010 Posted September 20, 2010 Hah! Jumpdrive. We call them flashdrives in good 'ole 'Merica. Actually, we call them USBs .
Sisco Posted September 20, 2010 Posted September 20, 2010 Wow, how does your computer keep crashing, Zepher? Is it a virus? Do you have antivirus? It's okay if you can't get the PMs out very soon, I understand your situation.
Peanuts Posted September 20, 2010 Posted September 20, 2010 It´s okay if it takes a bit, better now than in the mid of the game, I think. And anyways, joy is always in the forecast. Take every time you need, so that the game´s gonna be great when it once has started.
hewkii9 Posted September 20, 2010 Posted September 20, 2010 Actually, we call them USBs . As a fellow Canadian I feel we should start calling them jumpdrives. It sounds so much more exciting.
CMP Posted September 20, 2010 Posted September 20, 2010 Flashing is more exciting than jumping! Nevermind.
The Legonater Posted September 20, 2010 Posted September 20, 2010 As a fellow Canadian I feel we should start calling them jumpdrives. It sounds so much more exciting. I don't mean to put pressure in you Zeph, but there still appears to be people without PMs, don't we all need to report them recieved before the game starts.... tommorrow?
Walter Kovacs Posted September 20, 2010 Posted September 20, 2010 I don't mean to put pressure in you Zeph, but there still appears to be people without PMs, don't we all need to report them recieved before the game starts.... tommorrow? Zephyr will get things worked out. It's a shame, but I do know what it feels like when a reliable machine suddenly becomes far less reliable. I think the Tuesday start date IS a little optimistic at this point, though. But I could be wrong. Whenever you get things working again, Zephyr, I'll be waiting.

But I could be wrong. Whenever you get things working again, Zephyr, I'll be waiting. Yes, my computer is crap, but improved tonight. I am getting it up tomorrow. You'll just have PMs in your inboxes while the game thread is up. Tight, but nothing changed, unless it dies again tomorrow, in which case we're all in trouble. I'm very sorry, but this is not under my control. If I am ever late for another reason, you may hate me all you like, but this one is just something I have nothing to do with. I have the time and don't have the ability, which is actually more annoying than the other way around.
WhiteFang Posted September 21, 2010 Posted September 21, 2010 Zepher, don't you think you should try and push those PMs out first, so you can get all of your players mentally prepared of what to expect. I know there is a tight schedule to follow but making the timeline looks tight will affect Day 1 progress and eventually creating a snowball effect. You need time to confirm these players are ready to follow the given character information. Just my 2 cent worth of advice.
Rick Posted September 21, 2010 Posted September 21, 2010 I agree with the Fangster, especially given that there are so many new players. But it's up to you (or the Game Mod) to ultimately decide of course.
RoryoCox Posted September 21, 2010 Posted September 21, 2010 Confirming, I just got my PM. I can't wait for it to start now.
