Rumble Strike Posted February 9, 2014 Posted February 9, 2014 (edited) I took a couple of Lord of the Rings minifigs with me on holiday, hoping to get some opportunities for interesting pics. Here is a closeup of Eomer on his horse, with the sea in the background. I know Rohan is landlocked but still! When I was on the beach, I saw that someone had built a sandcastle, using stones to create a different effect than just the sand. It made for a cool visual so I stuck Eomer on it: These pics were all taken in Lanzarote, which is a volcanic island, much as all the Canary Islands are. At Timanfaya National Park I took this pic of an Uruk Hai standing on an actual volcano. I know it should have been a Mordor Orc but I still think it looks good: Thanks for looking! If anyone is interested I have more pics (and bigger ones) in my Lego Scenery Pics folder on Flickr. Edited February 9, 2014 by Rumble Strike Quote
Rumble Strike Posted February 10, 2014 Posted February 10, 2014 That is a fabulous picture, Sergi! You found a great location there! When I've taken pics with multiple Minifigs they are always falling over so good job keeping the Fellowship upright Quote
Infernum Posted February 10, 2014 Posted February 10, 2014 Wow! Those are some awesome shots, Rumble Strike and Sergi69! I love seeing pictures like these! Quote

dr jones Posted December 14, 2018 Posted December 14, 2018 (edited) (This is somewhat of a bump, but since it's a dedicated thread and this is actually new material, bumping seemed preferable to opening a new thread) Hi all, These are the first pictures documenting the ongoing quest of a small Lego knight in a large and unruly world, otherwise known as The Romance of the Brick. Keep up! Edited December 14, 2018 by dr jones Removed links to other social media Quote
