Posted September 26, 201014 yr Shmade/ Shmade23 has built his Lego Technic Bobcat skid-steer loader to accept several attachments that run via Power Functions and pneumatics elements. It has modular construction, so the various components can be mounted easily. His Brickshelf gallery shows 24 pictures, and links to many YouTube videos that show them in action. If TLG ever offered a set like this , they would sell a lot of them! , : : Functional parts used in main model: 2x PF IR Reciever 2x PF XL-Motor 2x PF M-Motor 2x big pneumatic piston 1x small pneumatic piston 3x small pneumatic pump 2x pneumatic switch 2x PF IR Remote Controler 1x Battery Box Used in "pneumatic" hammer accessory: 1x 9V Old 4x5 Motor 1x PF Extenson Cable Used in auger accessory: 1x 9V motor with gear reduction 1x PF Extenson Cable
September 26, 201014 yr Super cool creation! I like the most that it's has so many features and still it's so compact! Please create building instructions for us Edited September 26, 201014 yr by MarcoB
September 26, 201014 yr I know Shmade personally and this creation is approx. two years old, so I doubt he would make instructions for that. Anyway his Bobcat is really awesome. My favourite MOC of Shmade is his magnificent rally car powered by two RC Buggy motors.
September 27, 201014 yr This looks really well designed and built, I like the way it has multiple attachments that can be used with it. Paul
March 19, 201212 yr I know Shmade personally and this creation is approx. two years old, so I doubt he would make instructions for that. Anyway his Bobcat is really awesome. My favourite MOC of Shmade is his magnificent rally car powered by two RC Buggy motors. Did Shmade23 ever made instructions for this fantastic buggy? On a post on youtube he said he was working on them...
September 24, 201410 yr hey im only new to this but looking to find how to build or buy a remote controlled skid steer for my partner for Christmas. thanks for your help an it looks amazing great job
September 24, 201410 yr Take a look at Jennifer Clark's skid steer loader which is pneumatic, compact, and very detailed and functional for its scale http://rebrickable.c...neumatic-bobcat Another option is Guiluig's loader which can also steer. It is a larger model with a mix of motorized and pneumatic functions and has both skid steer and regular steering which IMO seems very interesting http://rebrickable.c...s/GuiliuG/gg001 The final option is build your own I haven't built either, but the 2 above MOCs both seem very well done and I hope to build Jennifer Clark's model sometime in the future. September 24, 201410 yr Batesy this topic is over two years old,Its always best to try and not bump old topics with out good reason. Since Rishab N has posted two good models (these are by far the best motorized lego wheel loaders available right now). Edited September 26, 201410 yr by Alasdair Ryan
