Posted September 27, 201014 yr From the comic series of the same name by René Goscinny and Albert Uderzo . Enjoy!
September 27, 201014 yr It's pretty darn good... but Asterix seems odd without his giant nose! It's 100% clear who he's supposed to be though.
September 27, 201014 yr A very fine custom, indeed. he looks a bit odd as a ninifig, in such square proportions, but overall very well done! ) Good day, ladies and gentlemen! )
September 27, 201014 yr Author It's pretty darn good... but Asterix seems odd without his giant nose! It's 100% clear who he's supposed to be though. Thanks! I run into that problem frequently when trying to render cartoon characters as minifigs. I'm still trying to work out a recognizable solution for Dr. O'Shay/ Prof. Ochanomizu/ Dr. Elefun from Astro Boy! A very fine custom, indeed. he looks a bit odd as a ninifig, in such square proportions, but overall very well done! ) Good day, ladies and gentlemen! ) Thanks!
September 27, 201014 yr It's pretty darn good... but Asterix seems odd without his giant nose! Yeah, the face looks a bit weird... It's 100% clear who he's supposed to be though. ... but that's mainly because of the very brilliant remains of the body and the helmet.
September 28, 201014 yr Pretty good considering what's available! I'd like to see a bigger moustache, round gourd, white wings & big nose but he looks great as he is, well done.
September 28, 201014 yr Looks great! Perfect minifig version of Asterix, couldn't have done it any better.
September 28, 201014 yr The face is just hilarious! I love how the helmet and the feathers fit Asterix's comic version perfectly!
September 28, 201014 yr Lovely! I really like his comic series. It's pretty darn good... but Asterix seems odd without his giant nose! It's 100% clear who he's supposed to be though. Agreed.
