I really do like this line. But i miss functions with gears. Like, say, the bohrohk smile_tahnok.gif. My god, they were brilliant! and they still are. i remember when i was younger playing with them. sure it was a simple gimmick, but it was cool. you could fold them up into a ball, hang them from the top of the canisters, and the kraana flinging action!!1! And what do the new ones do? Stand there and shoot a green, reused ball :hmpf_bad:

As far as I remember the bohrok didn't use any gears but rubber bands?

The Bionicle logo on furno's bike seems to be a sticker probably the retailers going to toy fair might be as unaware of the bionicle -> HF name change as customers will so retailers looking for Bionicle needed that logo as well...

here you can see the top of the Furno Bike's box and it says BIONICLE and has a list, intresting huh?
How curious. And from BZP's other pics that show the box, it doesn't seem to be prelim, so it's not a stand-in for the "From the makers of BIONICLE characters" emblem we've seen on the front of boxes. Wonder what that's going to be...

"From the makers of BIONICLE characters" in about fifteen languages?

Like how the back of the instruction booklets teach you how to say "win stuff!" in several countries.

The rubber band was on the back of the head and pushed back against the rear arm, pulling the head pack into position.

Yup, taht's on other languages. On 5-6. Because, you know, not everyone speaks english, and that's a good way to cut off some cost. Why mass pruduce the same box but on different laguages when you can do it all at once?

And once again, the vehicle set has a poor excuse for a figure included with it. These vehicle sets would be a lot more enticing if the action figure that came with them had a decent, non simplified build

Hey, watch what you say. That "cheaped out Blaze" has Av-Matoran feet in Mata Red. Which is pretty awesome for people who want to change Stars Tahu's feet, especially those like me who are missing any of their Toa Mata/Toa Nuva Tahu feet (Technically, I still have three of those feet to spare, but they don't look as good with the new style joints and anyway, I wouldn't want to sacrifice an older sets' pieces for a newer set that isn't technically missing any).

...What's the value of some of those posters in the background of the first pic?

Also, many AFOLS probably dream of bathing in LEGO bricks some day...

Those poster are just simple prints glued onto some cardboards. I threw them away after the event.

I think a lot did take a quick swim in these blue bricks during the 4 days.

^sounds exceedingly painful

EDIT: Wait, can it be all blue zamor spheres? 'Cause that would be pretty nice.

I'm guessing that there will be a thing online where you can build your own heroes, like LDD. It would be even better if there was also a program where you can make villians with exclusive pieces like lime green solid bohrohk shields and red corroder swords (Ok the last part about the exclusive pieces is unlikely.....)
