Phantoka_Chirox Posted May 15, 2010 Posted May 15, 2010 wow! I haven't heard from you in ages? How's the Bionicle community? THE BIONICLES ARE ALL DAED!1!! Quote
BrotherDog Posted May 17, 2010 Posted May 17, 2010 I just hope those markings will be decals rather printed on. Quote
80 Dollar Posted May 17, 2010 Posted May 17, 2010 wow! I haven't heard from you in ages? How's the Bionicle community? I got bored and drifted off. You know...I don't really know...I have not been paying much attention to BZP (or the community in general) recently, sorry. I only visit Eurobricks now because I get all the important info (on serials, new sets...) much faster here since we have one big topic for Bionicle and one for Hero Factory. Can't wait to get my hands on the new torso pieces, BTW. :) (I apologize for the off-topic) Quote
Captain M Posted May 17, 2010 Posted May 17, 2010 wow! I haven't heard from you in ages? How's the Bionicle community? Couldn't you have used a PM system for that? Quote
---Vertea--- Posted May 17, 2010 Posted May 17, 2010 Couldn't you have used a PM system for that? hm... S'pose you're right. On topic: The new torsos look fantastic. I kinda want one of the Ben 10 torsos, tho. The four-armed aspect could look very nice with some HF parts... Also, I think that the Cores won't be removable. Which kinda limits the armor to only Hero Factory use... A bit of an irritation, methinks Quote

---Vertea--- Posted May 18, 2010 Posted May 18, 2010 If it's really that big of an issue you could just break them off. yes, but I'm unfortunately a bit 'purist' when it comes to re-using parts... Tho I suppose in this case it might be worth it Quote
Brickthing Posted May 19, 2010 Posted May 19, 2010 LEGO is rarely about something non-removable. Except for the original Bionicle heads. I don't really mind whether the cores are removable or not, because the chestplate and core seem to be pretty interdependent parts. If they aren't removable and click in place, I hope they come separate in the canister, so that we have a choice to assemble them properly or mix-and-match the colours, as could be done with Bionicle heads. I'll be pleasantly surprised if the chestplate and core parts look good and are reasonably MOCable separate though. Quote
The Crazy One Posted May 19, 2010 Posted May 19, 2010 I can't help noticing that our Bionicle crew has really declined. There are only like 10 of us commenting now. Ah, I miss the good old Bionicle days.... Anyway, I do like the look of this theme even more now. I deffinatley think there is a human presence in it, maybe a scientist who created them for world peace. Quote

ultimate antrozek Posted May 19, 2010 Posted May 19, 2010 Anyone here thinks that Makuhero city is simply a robot utopia on earth? Quote
Zarkan Posted May 19, 2010 Posted May 19, 2010 I think everyone misses the old Bionicle glory days. We need Bob Thompson back. What exactly do you mean by "old Bionicle glory days?" Because if you're on of the people who thinks 2001-2003 were the only good years, need I remind you that Bob also helped plan out almost all the other years of storyline, up to 2008? Although Greg has been writing the actual books and comics and stuff for a long while, most of the stuff he wrote about was planned from the very begining, including the Metru Nui and Ignika arcs. Only 2009 and 2010 were not in the original plans in any form, and since the former was praised by fans as a great return to "classic Bionicle" glory, I don't see what you're getting at. Quote

80 Dollar Posted May 19, 2010 Posted May 19, 2010 I still don't know whether there are humans in the Hero Factory universe or not...can someone please enlighten me? Quote
Brickthing Posted May 20, 2010 Posted May 20, 2010 I still don't know whether there are humans in the Hero Factory universe or not...can someone please enlighten me? So far the only media that have hinted at or shown humans are the promotional teaser in the recent LEGO magazine, and the website, but both seem to be like that for advertising purposes. Otherwise, it seems like the Hero Factory universe is inhabited by purely robotic beings. Quote

Maybe robotic rats ? Quote

Dannylonglegs Posted May 20, 2010 Posted May 20, 2010 (edited) I deffinatley think there is a human presence in it, maybe a scientist who created them for world peace. It seems that way because there humans on the website, interacting with the villainous creatures, but I doubt it. There names definitely have a human aspect to them though. ~Insectoid Aristocrat Edited May 20, 2010 by Dannylonglegs Quote
Front Posted May 21, 2010 Posted May 21, 2010 the website gives an error. Probably because Bink is updating it..... Quote
Bfahome Posted May 21, 2010 Posted May 21, 2010 Really? I can access it and it looks the same. Well, the pages I visited anyway. Quote

Nightmare Posted May 22, 2010 Posted May 22, 2010 Remind you guys, if Bink has the same schedule as with BIONICLE, it will laucnh around the end of June beginning of July. After all, launch is in August. Quote
Dannylonglegs Posted May 23, 2010 Posted May 23, 2010 Does anyone know if Hero Factory will be like bionicle with the villains coming out first? ~Insectoid Aristocrat Quote
