lightningtiger Posted October 2, 2010 Posted October 2, 2010 A beautiful looking modular building 'andybear@hk' and sweet Kombi van too ! But could you resize your photos, the MOD's prefer smaller pictures. Great work anyway and I'm a conformist! 'andybear@hk' I'm a conformist! ! Quote
pinioncorp Posted October 2, 2010 Posted October 2, 2010 Fantastic detail there andybear. Beautifully detailed with a practical purpose. Dark Flesh makes a great feature accented with the grey trim. Love the wall fountain too. Quote
Zorbas Posted October 2, 2010 Posted October 2, 2010 Welcome to EB Andybear, together with this fantastic creation! It looks very beautiful! The flowers everywhere make the building look vivid and the dark flesh colour matches grey perfectly. You've put so many beautiful details but the lion's head with the transparent plates is my favorite detail. It looks realistic! Great "Més que un club" torso too. Thanks for sharing and welcome to EB! Quote
Big Cam Posted October 2, 2010 Posted October 2, 2010 OMG, this is amazing. It' like Cafe Corner only better. The fountain is just superb and those geen sliding glass windows/doors, are just ingeneous. You really went over the top for your first creation on EB. I love it. The amount of detail and pictures you have supplied is great, I love the clown performing out front as well. If you'd like you can make a proper intro thread in the forum, but if not, I'm sure this will do as a smashing intro thread. Quote
Rick Posted October 2, 2010 Posted October 2, 2010 I'm amazed at all the detail you managed to achieve on a single 32 x 32 baseplate. The interior detail really sets this apart from the official modulars. I really like the staircase with the fountain at the top (the 1 x 2 clear plate really effectively provides the illusion of running water). Excellent work! Quote
BlueBard Posted October 2, 2010 Posted October 2, 2010 (edited) Another urban masterpiece of yours! BRAVO! Full of great details (the folding and sliding doors are MOCs by itselves!) and, what can I say? Spanish! Edited October 2, 2010 by BlueBard Quote
metalgearsolid Posted October 2, 2010 Posted October 2, 2010 Great MOC Andy! I was browsing Flickr this afternoon when I came across your MOC and blogged about it immediately (here). Love your other works too, I visited your Brickshelf and was really impressed. Quote
Eskallon Posted October 2, 2010 Posted October 2, 2010 Great modualar building. it would fit right in into any town. I personally like how you did the ESPANA sign and the interior looks amazing as well. Quote

prateek Posted October 2, 2010 Posted October 2, 2010 Wow! This is amazing! So many yellow flowers, the red and gold everywhere, and the dark red roof! Awesome! I'm sure this makes BlueBard really proud BTW, why Barelona? We (mostly I) know that Real Madrid is where it's at. Quote
sonicstarlight Posted October 2, 2010 Posted October 2, 2010 This is a stunning creation! The doors are absolutely brilliant, and the fountain in the back is wonderful in its simplicity. All the colors meld very well together, too. Probably the best Spanish modular building I've seen. Quote
The Soup Nazi Posted October 2, 2010 Posted October 2, 2010 Very colorful ... This is one fantastic MOC! TSN Quote
Vincent Kessels Posted October 2, 2010 Posted October 2, 2010 Hi Andy. Welcome to Eurobricks. The amount of details is incredible. Quote
Legostein Posted October 2, 2010 Posted October 2, 2010 Hello! Lovely scene! It took me a while to discover the many details here. I like the use of the classic flowers, they give a fresh an lively look to the scene, especially for the beautiful trees. It'a also nice to see the many spanish flags you included everywhere in the building. Cheers, ~ Christopher Quote
Mrlegoninja Posted October 2, 2010 Posted October 2, 2010 Very nice! And welcome to Eurobricks! Quote
BlueBard Posted October 2, 2010 Posted October 2, 2010 I'm sure this makes BlueBard really proud Sure! BTW, why Barelona? We (mostly I) know that Real Madrid is where it's at. Well, I think at this particular moment FC Barcelona has a much better team than the Real Madrid so I suppose it's the most well-known internationally (and I'm from Madrid, BTW! ). Nevertheless I think the spanish national team shirt would have been more representative, especially this year! Quote
MetroiD Posted October 2, 2010 Posted October 2, 2010 I spy with my little eye... something beginning with VW! Yay ;) What a great way to make yourself known around EB, Andybear! Looking forward to seeing more from you :] Quote
