Deadraque Posted October 5, 2010 Posted October 5, 2010 Fantastic corner. I love the Sliding doors, and the back stairs part with fountain on top. Really nice Quote
Teddy Posted October 5, 2010 Posted October 5, 2010 Hi andybear@hk, this is a stunning MOC! I especially like the exterior color scheme! The interior gives the MOC an extra dimension. I like what you did with the windows and doors. Are you planning to extend this building with additional MOCs? If the boss is a Barcelona fan, I would have expected "Catalunya" on the cafe. All in all a great MOC! Kind regards, Teddy Nevertheless I think the spanish national team shirt would have been more representative, especially this year! I still cannot sleep. Getting to three finals and loose them all. Quote
Masked Builder Posted October 5, 2010 Posted October 5, 2010 Wow that's amazing! The door is the best part! Quote
Still Raindrop Posted October 5, 2010 Posted October 5, 2010 This is great! The level of detail is incredible. Quote
Fires-storm Posted October 5, 2010 Posted October 5, 2010 Wow, this is a simply stunning an beautiful moc! The amount of detail you put into it, the sliding doors, the plants, everything is very nice indeed! Well done, and definitely keep bricking! Quote
L.F9T.F. Posted January 7, 2011 Posted January 7, 2011 i like the minifigure in the photo 4. i have exactly the same but with a light blue trouser sets obtained in the Knights Kingdom. You were right to change the hair with those of Anakin Skywalker in Clone Wars. I'm not the only one who had this idea. So no, beautiful set. Quote
Jasper Joppe Geers Posted January 7, 2011 Posted January 7, 2011 Well done!! And excellent pics too! Quote
Hoexbroe Posted January 27, 2011 Posted January 27, 2011 (edited) Lovely build, full of interessting details! As a person living in Spain (although not spanish myself), I´ll take the chance of argueing that your MOC is not very likely, politically speaking. -Because a fan of Barca would most likely NOT call his bar/cafe for "Españá" and fly the spanish colours, but the catalonian colours instead. (Which are the same, so how do you see the difference¿? Hehe... Well, you can!) A bar-owner flying the spanish national colours and calling his bar "España" would most likely be from Madrid, and his preferred football club would most likely be Real Madrid. Sorry for the slight off-topic. I hope some native spanish can confirm these details... Edited January 27, 2011 by Hoexbroe Quote
Tabris Posted January 27, 2011 Posted January 27, 2011 Very nice MOC andybear@hk. It is funny to see how people from other countries stereotype Spain. Being a Spaniard, I can tell you that your MOC has captured the ambiance of most Spanish bars. Yet some of the details look a bit like the 60s. Quote
