Dippet starts by trying to silence his opponent but Kingfisher is too fast for him and hits him with a spell in the torso. Dippet is unfazed and disarms Kestrel once again. The Ravenclaw finds his wand and tries to silencing spell but Ollivader connects with a low sectum sempra that evens the score. Dippet, hoping to make a final shot to win, fires off another spell but misses as Kestrel hits him with a shot of his own to win. After the match the two shake hands and Ollivander buys him a cup of tea in Hogsmeade to celebrate his first win.

Fresh form his first duel victory, Ravenclaw Kestrel Kingfisher accepts the challenge of Gryffindor Clen Vierno, who himself is seeking his first ever win. Carrying on with his momentum from his last match, Kestrel casts a spell that successfully hits his opponent in the head. The Ravenclaw aggressively follows-up with a body shot that proves to be too much for Clen's Silencio. Even after suffering back-to-back hits, the Gryffindor tries to aim at his rival's head but Kestrel was able to block with a timely shield charm. Seeing an opening, Clen unleashes a lightning-quick spell that backs down Kestrel. The Ravenclaw retaliates with a low-sweeping spell but Clen adeptly counters with a Protego.

After a furious exchange of spells we find Kestrel holding a slim lead over Clen after the opening round. Will the Ravenclaw add on to his lead, or will the Gryffindor even things out in the next round? Send in your Round 2 DSs when ready.

Looking to continue his aggressive start, Kestrel Kingfisher immediately aims to hit his opponent with a body shot, but Clen was quick to put up his defense with a shield charm. The Gryffindor then takes his turn on the offensive, and manages to flick a quick spell that slams Ketrel against the wall. Not to be outdone, the Ravenclaw retaliates with a head shot that momentarily dizzies his rival. Even after being hit in the head, Clen was able to cast a high-arching spell that gets blocked by Ketrel's Protego. As the round draws to a close, both duelists unleash similar low spells that counters each other, sending sparks and smoke throughout the dueling room.

The middle round has finished with Kestrel maintaining his slight advantage over Clen. But clearly, it's still anybody's duel in the final round. You may now send your Round 3 DSs.

Knowing that time is not on his side, Clen Vierno begins the decisive round with an aggressive high spell aimed towards Kestrel's head, but the Ravenclaw adeptly blocks with a timely Protego. The Gryffindor attempts to silence his opponent with a Silencio, however, Kestrel's spell breaks through and hits him in the body. With his rival hanging by a thread, Kestrel tries to end the duel with a high-arching spell, only to be countered with a shield charm. Down but not out, Clen casts a desperate low spell that manages to knock Kestrel off his feet. Seeing his rival floored, the Gryffindor jumps into the air and aims a potential duel-tying shot at Kestrel's torso, but the Ravenclaw, showing quick recovery, hits his airborne opponent with a feet-knotting spell, sending Clen to the ground unconscious.

Winner: Kestrel Kingfisher!

Congratulations Captain Tamamono! Kestrel has now achieved Practitioner status. Better luck next time ceroknight, your first win will come soon. Piece of advice though: Limit using the weak Silencio spell. You may now update your character profiles accordingly.

Two experienced duelists battle each other once again as Gryffindor Magus Ollivander Dippet seeks to be one step closer to become an Auror while Hufflepuff Magus Frankfurt Flashburn begins his climb back to Aurorship after relinquishing the rank to acquire a dueling pet. The Hufflepuff wastes no time and quickly targets his opponent's head, but Ollivander adeptly counters with his Labrador Patronum. The Gryffindor tries to retaliate with a powerful high-arching Sectumsempra, only to be hit with a sneaky body spell from Frankfurt. With his rival feeling the effect of the attack, the Hufflepuff tries to disarm Ollivander with an Expelliarmus, knocking his rival's wand off his hand, but the diminutive Magus manages to catch the wand in mid-air and in one swift motion delivers his own disarming spell. Seizing the opportunity with his weaponless adversary, Ollivander looks to hit Frankfurt on the body, but the Hufflepuff shows tremendous recovery, picking up his wand on the ground and unleashing a stunning Stupefy that surprises the Gryffindor and slams him against the wall.

The first round closes as Frankfurt opens a significant lead over his fellow Magus. Will Ollivander pick up the pieces and bounce back in the next round? Send in your Round 2 DSs when ready.

OK, everyone, seeing all the exciting new amendments in Legends of the Wizarding World, I have decided to exchange my Sectumsempra spell for a pet, which means it's back to school for me. I have updated my character profile and am ready to duel in order to regain my Auror status if anyone is up for it. Here is a little backstory on what happened to my character after his last duel:

For the following months he traveled the world searching for Death Eaters. During his journey, he found a stray cat who he took a great liking to, so he kept it as a pet and called it Baloo. It had black fur and yellow eyes, the same colors as his house of Hufflepuff. He also abandoned the use of the Sectumsempra spell as it was too terrible of a spell for an Auror like him to use. In order to learn a new ability to replace that spell he decided to go back to Hogwarts as a magus.
