Praiter Yed Posted October 15, 2010 Posted October 15, 2010 I wouldn't have thought it was possible to create such a good General Grievous in a CubeDude Stylee, but you've done a fantastic job! I like the 2nd version of legs best ie not the blocky ones. Even though the charm of CubeDudes is in the blocky shape, I think the thinner legs suit this character much more. I also agree with Brickdoctor that your landscape is a bit heavy on the studs. I'm sorry to say this, but I think hanging him upside down detracts from the effort you have put into designing him. I find the shape harder to define when he's upside-down. - Maybe it's my age? Quote
kyphur Posted October 16, 2010 Author Posted October 16, 2010 Here is an update to the top of the Landscape. Sorry it's virtual at this time, had to make an order for more tan parts... Thanks for the feedback, it's really helped make this vignette better. I was worried that hanging Grievous might distract from his design but the ground is crowded with him standing there and the Jet Trooper has to be much lower so it works better with him "doing what he does in his own special way".
