Fugazi Posted October 11, 2010 Posted October 11, 2010 Yesterday I got in my e-mail a survey invitation from lego.com. As a reward for taking the survey the e-mail promised a free shipping promotional code: *Free delivery is available on standard delivery and on orders over £25. Offer only valid for deliveries to the UK. Free delivery promo code will be displayed after the survey is completed and can be redeemed at checkout on your next purchase through shop.LEGO.com Tried it (twice) and no promotional code ever appeared, I was simply redirected to lego.com. I will write to TLG about this, but I was wondering if any of you experienced the same or if it's just me doing something wrong? Quote
Duke Posted October 11, 2010 Posted October 11, 2010 I experienced the same thing I also wrote an email to customer services. Quote
drdavewatford Posted October 11, 2010 Posted October 11, 2010 I experienced the same thing I also wrote an email to customer services. Same for me, and when I replied to the e-mail to point it out I was informed that the address wasn't monitored. Dr. D. Quote
Big Cam Posted October 11, 2010 Posted October 11, 2010 Its probably just a promo overall, did you add stuff to your cart and go to the checkout to see shipping charges? Maybe their redirect link would have done this. Just something to try. Hopefully customer service gets back to. You. Quote
Praetorian Posted October 14, 2010 Posted October 14, 2010 (edited) I think it might depend on the browser you use. I had the same problem with Internet Explorer - no code was displayed at the end, however, I went through the survey again in Google Chrome and the code appeared at the end! coupi Posted October 14, 2010 Posted October 14, 2010 I completed the suvery earlier today, using Mozilla Firefox, and the code showed up after completion. Quote
Fugazi Posted October 14, 2010 Author Posted October 14, 2010 (edited) Just a quick follow-up, today customer service got back to me and simply gave me the code. Thanks TLG! Edited October 15, 2010 by Fugazi Quote
