Dear Astronauts and spacers, to launch our Space sub-forum, I propose a generalist poll to see what are the favorite space themes per se among you !! I intentionally left out all the

I'd have to say my favorite theme was Space Police I, with Ice Planet 2002 a close second ;-) Ice Planet has memories, but SP1 has memories and awesome designs. Gotta love those standardized cells and color schemes *wub*

Hey what can I say? The Classic Space wasn't all that into trans-clear and strange UFO designs. It was all about plain space trekking. Great colour scheme - grey, blue and white. It even has the coolest theme logo to this date *wub* *wub* . And don't get me started about the ships. - just think of 918 and 928... best ships ever designed to roam the outer LEGO space *y* *y*

Glah, yes that is an actual feature of IPB now that I think of it, but it's generally turned off by the Admins, to preserve sanity...

For my choices:

I voted Blacktron II, although i really like a lot of the others. It's a shame there isn't an option saying "All".

Next I voted, for the overall design of the sets. Space in general and all connected to it, it's an area of interest for me since I was a child, and these sets depict perfectly most of my child dreams related to space adventures.

At last, I voted for the Ships, as they are the proeminent part of these lines, and of the space exploration in general.

So many fond memories of the space themes, but the Deep Freeze Defender pushed Ice Planet into the lead for me. Though the Blacktron Invader, Unitron's Star Hawk, and the Explorian Starship are right up there for favorite ships
