Hi all,

I am starting construction of my Lego town which is based on a cross of Discworld, steam punk and Horror movies.

I am looking for someone who can make a sets of decals for me on a long term basis. I am willing to pay in trade if I have any minis you may want or in cash if you prefer. Keep in mind that all of the MINIs in my town will be custom in one way or another.

Sadly no one is replying, so I will be the first.

When you have a request for decals you should use the Decal Wish List.

Remember to describe your ideas precisely,a reference pic would be very fine.

You also can send me a PM, if you want me to do the designs.

Hi igor, you seem to be new to Eurobricks and to the Minifig Customisation Workshop in particular. As Clone-Cat pointed out, we have a thread for decal requests called Decal Wish List. There you will be able to post your requests, possibly complete with reference images, and our decal designers will take care of completing them.

As a general rule, all the decals made and posted here by members of this forum are considered 'free to use'. As far as I know, our designers do not charge other members for them (except for special projects that they arrage via the PM system [note - you won't be able to use the PM system until you become a Vassal at 10 posts]).

In case you want to check before submitting your requests, you'll be able to find most of the decals produced here in the Indexes listed in this topic.

I don't any clue on how to do any of it and i'll more than likely need multiple copies because I will more than likely botch the application process. :)

I'm still working on figuring out how I really want them to look. The Humans will be easy, but the chief of police is sorta like the Frankenstein monster and there is a zombie on the police force as well. The grocer is a scarecrow, the banker is a female vampire and many of them have kids !

Alot of this will be left up to the artists own imagination, within reason, as to how they look. The only ones I am going to have detailed instructions for will be the owner of the curiosity shop, (me), the Baker (my wife), and the pet shop owner (my daughter). Other friends and family may join the ranks as this progresses, but time will tell. When I get the posts up to use the pm system and I have more details I'll post and/or send them out. Thanks for the help all, I didn't see the request section at the top of the page. I'll use that for the actual requests.

igor, I've given you access to the PM system; I think it will be better if you and The_Customizer will discuss your project via PMs.

Hey thanks Lux, it would be alot better that way I agree. I'll make sure after I begin construction on the MoC to post pics and show off the customs in their natural habitat. Thanks for all of the encouragement folks, it makes me feel like I can do it.
