I Scream Clone Posted November 26, 2010 Posted November 26, 2010 Congratualtions buddy! I am sure all three of you will have some crazy times ahead with lots of great memories. Now you just need to switch your nose off for a while! Its a very useful tool for what you are about to have to do Quote
pedro Posted November 26, 2010 Author Posted November 26, 2010 Thanks for the kind regards everyone - Mrs. Pedro says thanks too! Now, enjoy those smelly nappies! Fortunately her nappies don't really smell... yet! I think he already had that Congratulations! Born on October the 27th? Hey, I was born on the same day! It's Isla's Grandma's birthday too - she was chuffed! Wait.. I thought this said "Baby grill" and I just wanted to be sure to arrive before Draggy comes along. Ah man, sorry to disappoint... cheers anyway! Quote

CorneliusMurdock Posted November 28, 2010 Posted November 28, 2010 Congrats, pedro! It's good that she's letting you sleep now, that's a good sign for the future. I would recommend "Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Child" by Marc Weissbluth if you have problems with that later. He gives a good overview of several ways to keep your little one properly rested and on some sort of schedule. It's amazing the difference in their moods and behaviors when they don't get the rest they need. My daughter is 2 now and I can't even remember what not being a dad feels like. I remember the first few weeks are the biggest adjustment, so as long as you get through those, you'll be fine. Quote
Dragonator Posted November 29, 2010 Posted November 29, 2010 *grabs his silverware* Wait.. I thought this said "Baby grill" and I just wanted to be sure to arrive before Draggy comes along. Are you trying to steal my dinner!? Oh, umm, wait, this isn't...? Oh. Congratulations Pedro! Close call there. Quote
