As for Episode 1. Well yeah, basically it stinks. The plot is crappy and the characters are crappy. If you asked someone who knows about the OT but not the new prequels, I doubt they would realise they are the same films.

I think you have sumed it up well.

Slow plot, character development was too rushed and means that ep II + III have to rush through the plot to set everything in order to link with A New Hope.

Well, my vote for liking jar jar brought the poll to dead even, 6-6.

Jar jar didn't bother me. Anakin did. Shmi did. Ric Olie did. Still, I'd rate Episode 1 and Episode 2 equally, because Episode 2 had *far* worse dialogue. I still cringe at that part in the beginning when Typho says "I guess I was wrong, there was no danger after all." It was like... how much more obvious is it gonna be that something will go wrong now that he's said that?

No, for real: I'll work on them as soon as I find some time, the problem that we haven't more heads is, that they were originally designed for MSN Messenger... But this program displays only smilies with a size of 19x19 (or 21x21?!?) in a correct way... For THIS place I can make bigger sized smilies, so there shouldn't be any problems with Yoda's ears, Vaders helmet and such, and they will still be in same scale to the rest of the smilies...

EDIT: Okay, for returning on topic: Yes, Epidode 2 had MANY silly dialogues.... But those were mostly the things Anakin and / or Padme said.... *sick* >:(

yeah this romance made me sick. And the fact that padme didn't grew up made me even sicker. I think the whole problemis that we know the end of the movie before seen it...

For me anakins age was a big problem, i mean he went from 8 to like 18 in between the 2 films and yet padme didnt change at all and still looked the same (as jipay pointed out). >:(

They should of made anakin about 14 in the first one, much closer to padmes age.

She is hot and holds her age well. *wub* :D But although Ep. 2 was Star Wars mixed with Titanic, It was still 200% better than Ep. 1
