Sir Dillon Posted December 10, 2007 Author Posted December 10, 2007 (Note: Sorry for bumping an old thread back to life :-$ ) This got to be one neat set and must of took quite awhile to build. By the way, weren't there a set already named, "Forestmen Outpost"? Thanks RTLG, I'm glad you like it. :-) I don't think there was a set with this name, but there was one called Camouflaged Outpost... that might be what you're thinking of. Quote
TheFrisian Posted December 10, 2007 Posted December 10, 2007 Note: Sorry for bumping an old thread back to life :-$ I'll forgive you this time :-P because otherwise I'd never have noticed this great MOC! Really nice work SirDillon! *sweet* Quote
Asuka Posted December 10, 2007 Posted December 10, 2007 A very ingenious work indeed, especially with that tunnel and the neat interior! *y* Quote
El Bucanero Posted December 10, 2007 Posted December 10, 2007 I'm happy you bumped this thread RTLG!! Otherwise this beautiful creation wouldn't even have come to my attention. The trick with the tree is so clever. 8- Quote
Sir Dillon Posted December 10, 2007 Author Posted December 10, 2007 Wow, thanks for all the comments, guys. *sweet* Quote
Klaus-Dieter Posted December 11, 2007 Posted December 11, 2007 That's a great MOC! I like this big tree in front of the tower very much and the tower and its interior is of course very nice, too. Since I'm a real Classic Castle fan I like the Robin Hood theme very much - if only Lego would bring back the Robin Hood theme! Very well done! Quote
Johnny 5 Posted December 11, 2007 Posted December 11, 2007 It looks really good. I like how you made it modular style. Quote
RememberTheLittleGuy Posted December 13, 2007 Posted December 13, 2007 Thanks RTLG, I'm glad you like it. :-) I don't think there was a set with this name, but there was one called Camouflaged Outpost... that might be what you're thinking of. Hey yeah, done some researching and you're right! I got to say, waw! Quote
Siegfried Posted December 23, 2007 Posted December 23, 2007 Oh this is so cool! *wub* I love the broken top and the entrance is so appropiate. :-D It's a very nice touch that the whole MOC is designed to be dis-assembled. I assume this is long broken... :'-( On a side note, its fun to notice that no one ever adds toilets in their mocs I do! :-P Quote
Wout Posted December 23, 2007 Posted December 23, 2007 I already saw this the first time when I still was a lurker. This moc is great. Maybe the romans also used the tunnel as door and after they dissapeared there grew a tree on the tunnel. Quote

Yeah, this is long gone... I already saw this the first time when I still was a lurker. This moc is great.Maybe the romans also used the tunnel as door and after they dissapeared there grew a tree on the tunnel. Thank you. It doesn't really make sense to me for the romans to use a tunnel like that, but I suppose they could have... Quote
