Fallenangel Posted December 3, 2010 Posted December 3, 2010 Hey brickdoctor I just downloaded your x-wing and it said that one piece was remove because it wasnt placed properly . Its the piece that was under the r2d2 piece and all the cheese pieces. Yeah masked that war room does need some atention. It looks awful. Nice one on finding about the proton gap, I didn't think lego does stuff like that anymore . Thanks, CB The "proton gap" was included in the 7191 UCS X-wing, so it only makes sense that LEGO would decide to IMPROVE by retaining good aspects of their previous models. Brickdoctor that midi X-wing looks great! I wouldn't mind one of those on my LEGO shelf. I'm amazed by everyone's LDD skills here with reproducing most of a playset from a single image. For the "war room", might I recommend using the panels from the 7180 B-wing set? Quote

I can't take all the credit, TLG whipped this one up. Quote

I like the original 7140 X-wing as well as 7256 Jedi Starfighter and Vulture Droid, both midi-scale sets, and many other sets that aren't too accurate. Besides, it's not like they were trying to make it accurate... EDIT: Glad to see I'm known for something on this forum other than "bah, retcons". Edited December 3, 2010 by fallenangel327 Quote

Doth mine ears deceive me, he says he likes an inaccurate X-wing? No, I don't believe it either. This is one of those times I wish I could give titles, 'cause those would be great for you. I was actually kind of dissapointed that the model was so inaccurate, even if it's a sketch model. Quote
