Does anyone have a price point (USD/CDN) on this set?

I certainly hope it's not $19.99 (CDN) like Castle/Kingdoms battle packs, because those are FIVE figs, not THREE...but, with that said, the Pirates BP was $19.99 and it was only four figs (plus a chest and a monkey though).

Well, according to the review, it's 11€, so I'm guessing it will be 10-14 USD. I agree with xwingyoda that this is not a very good price, considering you get a lot more for the same price with the Staff set. I think I'll pass.

Yeah the only reason why I'd get it is for the coffin (It's not a sarcophagus, that's just a big wooden box that they put the coffin in) but that piece is also in the pyramid set which I'm planning to get anyway so I have no reason to get it either for that price.

That would be the only reason for me too since I don't plan on getting the pyramid, but I prefer the old printed ones anyway, which I have plenty of.

I already have the old painted coffin from the Adventurers "pyramid" and I'll be getting two Horus mummies in the Flying Mummy Attack set. This'll be an easy pass for me; maybe if it had some Anubis or the Pharaoh..

Lose the "king crate", add two Anubis warriors and sell it for the same price as Castle/Kingdoms battle packs and I would have been ALL OVER it.

Thanks for the pictures grogall! I'm usually only into Lego Star Wars, but that biplane is just plain awesome - the dark red wings, the guns, the flying mummies and the dark tan parts.

Looks like the sphinx set might be worth buying just for the parts - look at all this tan/dark tan goodness. Probably will get these two sets. PQ is indeed the best Lego line for a long time imo.

I've been wondering. Why is the jewel trans blue when every other Treasure piece is gold? They could've made the jewel gold too. That would've been way better IMO.

I think you should connect Jevel with staff. When it would be gold that would be just silly...

That battlepack is fairly interesting. I am not sure whether or not I want it. I turned down the Golden Staff set because stinky TRU bumped up the price to $12.99. How frustrating!

I have to agree with this. I plan to try getting one of every set, but I would have been all over that battle pack if it had a jackalman/Anubis in it. As it is that battle pack is fairly useless to me. The snake head dress is nice but I really only need the one that I will be getting in the Wadjet (Cobra goddess) set anyway. I would rather buy multiples of the biplane and motor cycle set. Hopefully there will be an impulse with a jackalman or something. I will never understand why Lego tends to make certain logical army builder figs hard to get. Fortunately at least the main Pharaoh is not in the battle pack, unlike the Pirates one that had the Captain and Admiral in it.

*envy* Dang your pretty lucky I don't even have one because adventurers wasn't during my time. It'd be cool if in the second wave they had a new printed coffin with more detail or in pearl gold or something.

The proberbly not be a second wave, but they will use the explorers in a other line, such as jungle
