JimBee Posted December 2, 2010 Posted December 2, 2010 Ahem... Oh, uh, right you are son. It's good to have some young people around here. Chief Phelps keeps a good eye on the Congressman. "Errr...look over there!" The Congressman says. While everyone else is distracted, he rushes up the stairs. Why that slimy little... is anyone else beginning to think that the Congressman wasn't kidnapped, rather he ran off himself? I, for one, say that he should take a time-out in one of these cells so he doesn't cause any trouble while we're in pursuit of this loud commie. Vote: Congressman Bob
The Legonater Posted December 2, 2010 Posted December 2, 2010 I would like to forget about fnding a crowbar and grab the lamp, as well as take off my wet jacket
Fugazi Posted December 2, 2010 Posted December 2, 2010 I'm all for throwing him in a cell, but shouldn't we catch him first? Anyway, maybe he just needed to pee? I say let's move on with the investigation, we still have a lot of ground to cover.
Admiral Ron Posted December 2, 2010 Posted December 2, 2010 After him! Would like to do my best to follow him
Professor Flitwick Posted December 2, 2010 Posted December 2, 2010 Kids, wait up! Be careful; he could be armed! I'd like to try and keep up with my children, and to try and keep them out of harms way.
Bob Posted December 2, 2010 Author Posted December 2, 2010 Vote: Congressman Bob You do not need a Majority Vote for an NPC. The Congressman comes back down the stairs, but is quickly apprehended by Police Forces. "Let go of me!" he says. He is tossed into a jail cell. I would like to forget about fnding a crowbar and grab the lamp, as well as take off my wet jacket Stevie takes off his jacket and picks up the lamp, but it's over.
The Legonater Posted December 2, 2010 Posted December 2, 2010 Catches breath and moves to the cell the congresman is in Scum So, what now? Do we 'poke' around upstairs?
Fugazi Posted December 2, 2010 Posted December 2, 2010 I would like to ask the Congressman where he was going before he changed his mind and turned around.
Bob Posted December 2, 2010 Author Posted December 2, 2010 (edited) I would like to ask the Congressman where he was going before he changed his mind and turned around. "I demand to be let out of here immediately. I heard noises upstairs, and I saw a few boxes being placed nearby the front door. I was coming downstairs to tell all of you when I was grabbed, and thrown in here. Go ahead, look for yourselves." Edited December 2, 2010 by Bob the Construction Man
JimBee Posted December 2, 2010 Posted December 2, 2010 "I demand to be let out of here immediately. I heard noises upstairs, and I saw a few boxes being placed nearby the front door. I was coming downstairs to tell all of you when I grabbed me and threw me in here. Go ahead, look for yourselves." Well we about to go up there, so why'd you run off with no explanation? Not a very smart move when everyone's paranoid. Let's go and check, I doubt he's lying, but we already knew someone was here.
CorneliusMurdock Posted December 2, 2010 Posted December 2, 2010 I think we need to watch the mayor more closely now. He was alone with the congressman far too long. No offense, Mayor. How are we going to decide how to split up? I think there should be representatives of the police in both parties since they are the only ones who we know should be armed. I'll go with whichever group wants me.
The Legonater Posted December 2, 2010 Posted December 2, 2010 I suggest only a few people go upstairs I would like to stay downstairs to guard the Congressman and make sure he doesn't escape. If he does, I'd like to hit him witht he lamp. if he's lying, I'd also like to hit him with the lamp. If neither, I'd like to possibly hit him with the lamp.
Admiral Ron Posted December 2, 2010 Posted December 2, 2010 I'll head up Asks to join the upstairs group
Fugazi Posted December 2, 2010 Posted December 2, 2010 I'll also head up, I don't feel there's much more to be done here. I would like to follow the group going upstairs.
CorneliusMurdock Posted December 2, 2010 Posted December 2, 2010 What the hay, I'll go with the upstairs group as well. Gets behind the upstairs group.
Bob Posted December 2, 2010 Author Posted December 2, 2010 Alan Simmons, Gloria Jefferson, Mayor Bradford, Mrs. Jefferson, James Falzone, and Chief Phelps walk up the stairs. Sure enough, there are a few cardboard boxes filled with papers being transported out of the Town Hall by a figure. "Stop!" Chief Phelps says, reaching for his side arm. The figure, reaching for his holster, thinks better about it and rushes off with a box.
Fugazi Posted December 2, 2010 Posted December 2, 2010 I would like to run after him and try to trip him. Surely he can't be that fast carrying that box.
Admiral Ron Posted December 2, 2010 Posted December 2, 2010 Someone after him! My clothes are wet and I cant move as fast, in the meantime... I would like to check one of the boxes and see what papers are in there
The Legonater Posted December 2, 2010 Posted December 2, 2010 I would like to ask the scum of a congressman why he felt the need to distract us before running off
Fugazi Posted December 2, 2010 Posted December 2, 2010 Oh and if I manage to catch him, I willl first try to disarm him.
CorneliusMurdock Posted December 2, 2010 Posted December 2, 2010 I run after the figure and try to hit him with the life vest even if I have to throw it at him.
The Legonater Posted December 2, 2010 Posted December 2, 2010 I would also like to ask what's going on upstairs.
Bob Posted December 2, 2010 Author Posted December 2, 2010 I would like to run after him and try to trip him. Surely he can't be that fast carrying that box. Farmer Simmons rushes after him, but the figure hits him in the head with the box. The unarmed farmer falls to the ground, minorly hurt. Someone after him! My clothes are wet and I cant move as fast, in the meantime... I would like to check one of the boxes and see what papers are in there The boxes are filled with all sorts of information from the records office. I would like to ask the scum of a congressman why he felt the need to distract us before running off "I admit, it wasn't smart distracting you like that. Please also stop calling me scum." I run after the figure and try to hit him with the life vest even if I have to throw it at him. James Falzone rushes outside, but sees the figure has disappeared in the time period. A few papers point him in the direction of the Department Store, but he helps Farmer Simmons, and returns back to the Town Hall to tell the others of the paper trail. I would also like to ask what's going on upstairs. "The Congressman was right!" Chief Phelps yells. "And the guy stealing the records got away!"
Admiral Ron Posted December 2, 2010 Posted December 2, 2010 Should we follow him? All of the trails lead to the Department store. What does everyone think?
The Legonater Posted December 2, 2010 Posted December 2, 2010 "The Congressman was right!" Chief Phelps yells. "And the guy stealing the records got away!" I would like to ask someone to guard the Congressman, then run upstairs and hit the guy stealing records in the head with the lamp
