Is that a Mega-Block Krang I see?! Love the Avengers assembled pic.

He uses a COUPLE of Mega Blok parts, but he's 95% Lego...and 1% sticker.

Those claws on the guy in the middle in the second TMNT picture would be perfect for Wolverine, I think.

On my Flickr, I've made a few "Black and White" style photos, with a color highlight. These are meant for a Flickr Icon format, so they'll look good in small icons, but nonetheless, they're still cool pictures of minifigures. Here's a few:

These are just a few, Two-Face, Bane, and Joker's Henchmen whose come to be known as "Coco" in my Joker creations.

Very cool pictures, Captain Nemo! I think you should post all of them here, or at least provide a link to your Flickr so that we can see them in their full glory! :sweet:

Hobbestimus, yours aren't bad either, but they're quite grainy. What camera are you using? If you can, you should play with the adjustments a bit to fix that, or you can take the pictures in regular light and then darken them afterwards.

Anyway, merry Christmas everyone! Let's all sing it now: Jingle Bells, Batman smells...

Yeah, my camera can be hit and miss. It's an old Canon and I need an upgrade.

Here's what it looks like in just basic room lighting:

Any advice on what to look for in a new camera, with an eye towards photographing tiny Lego bits?

Yes, that definitely looks better.

Well, most cameras usually have a setting for close shots. Not sure which one to recommend. If you get one with interchangeable lenses, get a macro lens.

You know what, it would be totally awesome if Marvel or DC did a series of Lego variant covers. Anyways, cool photos everyone. I especially like the Doctor Doom's castle and Asylum Joker shots. They are great. Keep 'em coming.
