A couple Harry Potter photos from a little illustrated ficlet I did for some HP friends. (The story took place in an alternate universe in which they both survived the war.)

The top picture is a nightmare Severus Snape is having. If you've read the books, you might remember that when they were both boys Remus Lupin came very close to killing Severus during a full moon. In reality James saved Severus' life, but in Severus' dream he is back in the tunnel with the werewolf and things don't end so well.

The next picture is Remus having a quiet, sleepy moment.

I broke out all of my super heroes this weekend and did a family photo and video. You can see a bigger picture and a video here. This picture has all of them in it until the new age of Ultron sets start hitting the shelves. I tried to make it focus as best as I could, but I am using a camera phone. Samsung S5 so I am somewhat limited.

Damn you & this picture. Since seeing this, I've been obsessing more than I normally do over Marvel/DC goodness. I opened the 6 sets I had in my unopened stock just to get the figs out. Went out, bought 76025 & 76022 ahead of others I want. I feel like a Pokemon trainer...gotta catch 'em all!

Great shot by the way, even with the doubles, that's an impressive family photo. Even all the con figs...whew.

Did some serious photography myself (google will reveal) and therefor can appreciate this kind of images a lot. Did you grab the background somewhere else or did you really got the setting as a whole ? Maybe I should start again :)

What a great thread! thanks for all those nice pictures and inspirations.

I just finished my Batpod MOC.......and did a little photostory:

Batman met his "friends" and wanted to show of with his new Batpod...

...but his friends had a big laugh, when his ride got stolen by Catwomen...

...all he could do is watch her speed away...

But to be honest, she looks much better riding it!

I made two images to show a bit of "Hulkbuster" action in a couple of "crossovers"

"Alien Buster" The Galaxy Squad Alien Bugs and the Series 13 Alien Trooper plan to invade the Marvel universe: bad idea

"Now I am the King" Hulkbuster vs Goblin King. It's impressive to see how the Hulkbuster arms can easily "grab and lift" the Goblin King figure :classic:

The images are in high resolution so I posted on my blog.

They are just simple photos but I really wanted to take some photo of the Hulkbuster in action. Comments and feedback are always appreciated :classic:

Yep, the trick is using pictures of car dents and using the overlay blending mode in Photoshop along with a high pass filter to determine the amount of denting you want. For instance, there's the good blow on his head, but a subtle dent on the shoulder.

It's shot "on location" at Kirstall Abbey in Leeds. A bit of contrast adjustment, soft focus and "colour grading" in Aperture (using Colour Efex Pro) and then the staff glow was added with LensFX on the iPhone.
