Captain Blackmoor Posted December 14, 2010 Posted December 14, 2010 That is a large army you've got there. Very impressive! The MOCs in the background fit perfectly within the diorama. It is wise to check out this tutorial about deeplinking pictures. It would attract more attention to your thread. Hope that helps, and good luck with all your soldiers! Keep them in a healthy shape to make sure they are ready for battle every moment. Quote
Cherno Posted December 14, 2010 Posted December 14, 2010 Nice diorama with lots of details. I especially like the small fortress out in the water. Good stuff! No pirate will ever dare to attack this base bristling with cannons and heavily manned by the governor's finest! Quote

ZCerberus Posted December 15, 2010 Posted December 15, 2010 Nice army! Take note pirates, do not engage dirk in a ground war, he is well equipped to defeat all challengers! I think the Gov's house could use a touch of color to add some much needed detail. I see some nice shapes on the building, but all the white makes it look like a giant white block! Quote

Blake Baer Posted December 17, 2010 Posted December 17, 2010 Hey Dirk72, I don't often comment on creations but I just had to ask something on your grand army. Was this by any chance at Brickfair 2010? If it wasn't then there was an army almost the same size as yours. Very impressive collection. Quote

Eurobricks Emperor Bonaparte Posted December 17, 2010 Eurobricks Emperor Posted December 17, 2010 The wigs are selfmade. Amazing work They look just like real LEGO headpieces! I even checked Bricklink to find the set they are from (couldn't believe how I could have missed this). Quote
