December 17, 201014 yr What an amazing model. It's the first sculpture-like model I've seen built out of studless Technic beams instead of bricks, and is full of functions too. As others have said, a video of the movements would be great to see.
December 17, 201014 yr I want to comment, but words can't quite sum up how stunning that is. /signed so hard! This makes me recognize the extreme potential of Lego! And great job of utilising it, shutinc! I am blown away...
December 17, 201014 yr Now this is not your everyday creation :D Love this thing :D But I'm VERY curious as to what's "under the skin" :)
December 17, 201014 yr Great, I remember your creation from the times it was only a torso. Have you got any idea how many parts does this giant contain?
December 18, 201014 yr The stuff some people manage to do with LEGO continues to surprise me! It would be great if you posted a video of it working and/or pictures of the interior Edited December 18, 201014 yr by grepin
December 18, 201014 yr You've just made me post my very first comment in the Technic forum. Fantastic work Daniel! I remember your creation from your introductory topic and it truely deserved its own topic. One of the most impressive LEGO creations I've ever seen, well done buddy! P.S Have you gotten rid of the moths yet?
December 29, 201014 yr Author The stuff some people manage to do with LEGO continues to surprise me! It would be great if you posted a video of it working and/or pictures of the interior I'm glad you're amazed. After spending about two years in the making of this colossal thing it feels good to amaze people with the end result A movie will come soon, hopefully :) Just need to get my new lamp first so it won't be too dark. The pictures you see were taken during summer and with windows fully opened. It's kinda hard to get any natural light during winter when you live in northern norway, due to the dark period You've just made me post my very first comment in the Technic forum. Fantastic work Daniel! I remember your creation from your introductory topic and it truely deserved its own topic. One of the most impressive LEGO creations I've ever seen, well done buddy! P.S Have you gotten rid of the moths yet? Welcome to the Technic forums, mate! Perhaps you will visit this part of the forum more often now. Thanks much for the comment and yes, the moths had a spring break, but returned this fall because of the making of the museum, which you can see in the "town"-section :) /signed so hard! This makes me recognize the extreme potential of Lego! And great job of utilising it, shutinc! I am blown away... Thanks much! Ye, you can make about anything with LEGO and in whatever scale that pleases you (or the wallet). I'm so glad I've returned to the "light side" after spending about 10 years within the dark ages and no LEGO building. Now this is not your everyday creation :D Love this thing :D But I'm VERY curious as to what's "under the skin" :) Wow, thanks Actually there are simply more bricks under the skin, and of course many gears and motors near the joints and moveable areas. Great, I remember your creation from the times it was only a torso. Have you got any idea how many parts does this giant contain? Oh yes, that was a long time ago, tho. I remember having high ambitions about this project and I'm very pleased that I was able to finish it, like so many doubted due to the immense size of the thing. When it comes to parts, I have a clue, but the correct amount of parts used is hard to tell. From studying my orders on Bricklink I have concluded that this project consumed about 30 000 parts, plus/minus.
December 30, 201014 yr How did I miss this?? Magnificent. I would really, really love to see a video of this in motion!! (please )

May 27, 201113 yr Simply amazing! Please do not quote whole posts, especially when including many images, just to say you like a MOC. Thank you.
May 27, 201113 yr Author Thanks much everyone for your wonderful comments! :) Seems there have been many people asking for a video and I should probably make one.
May 30, 201113 yr Thanks much everyone for your wonderful comments! :) Seems there have been many people asking for a video and I should probably make one. Yes, to fully present your masterpiece is really necessary to do a movie! Impressive statue! For me is incredible that it can do something more!!!
April 9, 201212 yr [bUMP] PAHAB (the "Partially Autonomous Humanoid Android Bot) has recently added legs to become a full-size robot! You can see the five images on shutinc's Flickr photoset. "He is as tall as a human being (170cm) [~67 inches, or 5 feet 7 inches tall]." It has: "1 NXT 3 motors 6 PF motors 1 Sound brick 2 US sensors. Can detect whether you're standing on the left or right side of it."
