Market Street was an AFOL-designed set. Its possible they would do it again. Wasn't he hired by Lego?

My point was that since Lego released a modular designed by an AFOL, its possible that they will release Villa Maison as an official set.

Although The Maison Villa would be a great set,

(and i defenitely would like one!) I don't think

it would happen.

If there will be another Modular it is most likely

it's a Jamie Berard one since he's the guy who started

the whole modular house idea some years ago.

As far as i know there's also some difference between

the designers for the exclusive series and the lines

like Creator, pirates etc.

Maybe, but not that set. No offense to the creator of Villa Maison, but that MOC is not good enough to be a set.

I do agree that its not his best work. Something like Lionheart Villa would be a better official release.
