I'm sorry- I just can't see it. Why would someone go to the top of a building like that anyways? And if your smart- which Mom was- you don't get close enough tot he edge to fall. All the evidence I see points to her being attacked.

Now, now, Stevie, stop insinuating that Dolores is dum. I know your not her biggest fan, but Gloria likes her, and I love her, especially this one thing she does with her mo... I-I think I'll finish that when your older.

I'd also like to have the courtroom described to me, please; so I know were to start looking.

I think that Miss Jefferson was murdered. An argument and then she falls off the roof of a building. How did she get to the roof, was she dragged or did she walk up and get pushed off. Wait, I wonder...

I would like to know if Mrs. Jefferson worked for the government at any time and if she was under government employment at the time of her death. I would also like to know if she would go on long trips to possible hidden labs.

I would like to enter the courtroom.

We covered the second floor (with water :hmpf_bad: ) pretty well yesterday.

<cough cough> Ahem, yes, well, er...

I would like to enter the courtroom and get a good mental description of it as well.

I'd like to ask the Congressman what he was burning and why he was doing so.

"I'm not at liberty to say so." the Congressman says.

Is the handwriting of the note similar to any of the other notes we have collected? I would like to compare it with the others to determine this. I'd also like to search the drawers of the congressman's desk for any other notes or clues.

The handwriting is different. James then looks inside the drawers of the Congressman's desk, but it's empty.

I'd like to ask the congressman if Project Wolf is the same contigency plan as seen before, or a different one.

"Project Wolf is a highly classified Government program and I cannot speak about it." the Congressman says.

Patrick looks around the courtroom. There's a few spectator seats in the back. On the right side of the room is the jury-seating. In the middle-back of the room, there's the judge and witness stands. In the center are the Defense and Prosecution tables.

She was a housewife, and wasn't under government employment. She also did not take long trips to hidden labs.

Mr. Jefferson, what were you doin' in D.C. at the time of the murder? Do you visit there often?

"Well, I was a Senator, so naturally I visited often. I haven't been back there in months, I decided not to run for re-election after Laura died." Patrick says.

Well I'd like to search in, on top of, and under the tables for anything. I'd like to look under every spectator seat, and jury seats. I'd also like to take a peak in the judge and witness stands, to see if there is anything in there, and both under and on top of the Defense and Prosecution tables.

Of course, more government take-over.... :hmpf:

I would like to see if there is any bumps on the floor that shows some-one could have hidden something under it.

Is no one going to look through my office? It's kind of pointless for me to do it, as I know what's in there.

Also, I no longer feel the need to investigate the Firehouse. Yes it's on the list, but no firemen are in our group, and there have been no clues leading us there.

The Jefferson residence, however, seems more interesting to me. There have been several clues around that family, even though they may be red herrings (since the herrings are red, does that still make them communist?). And it was one of the locations that was circled on the map. I think it's more important to search there first.

Couldn't agree with you more, mayor. The public buildings will only get us so far. The Jefferson house was circled for a reason. It may be that there is another secret tunnel like at two of the other buildings on that map.

If none else wants to search Bradford's office, I will search the top of the desk, inside the desk, and in the trash can for any papers that might prove or disprove the mayor's loyalty.

It sounds reasonable that you'd want to investigate my home. I too would like to know why it is circled. I am nothing if not houseproud, and keep it in tip top shape. I clean it twice a week and have never seen anything out of the ordinary, not even the 'art' magazines Stevie keeps under his mattress.

At worst, if we find no clues, it will give me a chance to make everyone some more of my legendary pie. I can make it in less than an hour, and all you will be satiated.

I still wonder why Miss Jefferson was murdered. I don't think that her death was random and I wonder if there might be a lead at the Jefferson's house. Before we leave,

I would like to see if the governer has a daily planer or a calander and look for anything that relates to project wolf.

Err, the Governor lives up in Dover. I'm the mayor, Mayor Bradford. Of Alabatha. Pleased to meet you. :hmpf:

Looks like someone skipped their Civics lessons in school.

Is there anything in the congressman's trash can? Are there any cabinets or shelves I can look through?

The congressman's trash bin is empty, as are the shelves and the cabinets.

There's nothing out of place or suspicious in any of the places mentioned.

There are no bumps.

James does a search of Bradford's office. On top of the desk are a few papers pertaining the celebration of the towns bicentennial. The trash can is empty. Looking in the desk, it's clear that the Mayor is loyal to the town

I would like to see if the governer has a daily planer or a calander and look for anything that relates to project wolf.

The congressman's planner was found during Chapter One, and there isn't any mention of Project Wolf.

I would like to search the drawers of the Mayors desk

Dr. Lloyd searches Mayor Bradford's drawers, but finds nothing which would incriminate him. The desk is mostly empty, too.

I would like to check the trash bins in the mayor's office, and then check under the desk.

The Mayor's trash bin is empty. Under the Mayor's desk, Gloria finds nothing.

Do I know of a way onto the roof?

It's a long shot that we'll find anything there, but we might as well be thorough. It just doensn't seem like someplace that we'll find anything useful, unless the commies got sloppy and left something behind.

Hold on, when did I ever say that?

You just seemed to be questioning Dolores' intelligence, son.

AH. tHAT was more of a general statment. Now let me poke my walls.

Is this what we've come to? Poking walls? Hmph.

I'd like to knock on the walls instead of poking walls.

Roof access is through the fourth floor.

Did we check the judge's/ Congessman's quarters yet? If not I'd like to enter and have the room described to me.

"Yes, we did." Officer Fields reminds the Chief.

Wow, I must be good at searching through desks.

What happened to Jack Langry, the detective who investigated Laura Jefferson's death?

"Died in Korea, the poor guy."

Hold on, when did I ever say that?

I'd like to tap the walls here

Stevie taps the walls, but he can't seem to find any hollow areas.

Ralph knocks the walls, but he has the same results as Stevie.
