Believe it or not I have never had a real train in my town setup before this one (OK, not quite true, I do have a space monorail thing that I used occasionally, but this is something different). LegoDad42 Posted December 26, 2010 Posted December 26, 2010 Santa' was more than generous to our little family. We got the big enchillada...Death Star 10188 (nicely discounted mind you). Also Pharoah's Quest Fly Mummy Attack (nice set, small plane but the deep red color looks great for it)and the Battlepack. Finished off some missing figs from Series I and II so we have complete sets now and got some wonderful accessories from BrickArms and BrickForge and 3 customs from EclipseGraphX. All in all a great LEGO day. Quote
user Posted December 26, 2010 Posted December 26, 2010 I only got one set so far, but it's a great one! I also got the weight lifter from CMS2 but that's not very special. Quote
VenVoi Posted December 26, 2010 Posted December 26, 2010 (edited) Santa was very good to me this year! I got: -Golden Staff Guardians -Flying Mummy Attack -Angler Attack -Police Minifigure Colection -the old Police car -the old Police helicopter -the Target Toy Soldier polybag While not Lego, I also received some of the Fisher Price TRiO Batman sets. These were actually my favorite gifts as I'm a huge Batman fan. The 4 sets I received included figures of Batman, The Riddler, The Joker, The Penguin, and Mr. Freeze. I'd liken them to Bionicles/Hero Factory in terms of building. The little figures can also hold Minifigure accessories amazingly well! I might post a review of the line overall in the Community/off-topic section if anyone's interested. Overall it was a pretty awesome Christmas though! Edited December 26, 2010 by VenVoi Quote
prozac Posted December 27, 2010 Posted December 27, 2010 no legos, just a little cash and mostly gift cards. Here's what I bought: titanium command rig Neptune carrier(on clearance at target BTW...YMMV) Angler Attack and hoping to close a deal for PM Granite Grinder and Claw Digger Quote
fred67 Posted December 27, 2010 Posted December 27, 2010 The best thing I got was the Imperial Flagship; I'm not even a pirate fan, but that ship transcends theme divisions. I also got the Slave 1, which I put together today... it's probably what I was most anxiously awaiting, being a big OT fan. I got a handful of smaller sets, as well... the log cabin, midi Star Destroyer (although I ordered a few of them from the current sale, also). The White House and Rockefeller Center complete my the Architecture series for me (so far). Quote
Nightshroud99 Posted December 27, 2010 Posted December 27, 2010 Got Obi Wans UCS Jedi Starfighter. But I also picked up alot of new Ninjago, Star Wars and Hero Factory sets while I was away so myabe that counts too. Quote
Mrlegoninja Posted December 27, 2010 Posted December 27, 2010 Got 8404 and the new PQ scorpion pyramid. I also picked up a few series 3 minis, along with 7325 and the police minifigure collection today. Quote

CorneliusMurdock Posted December 29, 2010 Posted December 29, 2010 My family and wife's family do name exchanges so it really depends on who gets your name. This year the only Lego I received was the 7955 Wizard Impulse. And I already had one. I did stop at Walmart during my Christmas journey and got an 7570 Ostrich Race for half off to make up for it a little. Next year I think I'll put only Lego on my wishlist for the exchanges. That'll show 'em. Quote
Artanis I Posted December 29, 2010 Posted December 29, 2010 Raid VPR from my sister/BIL "I hope you haven't already got it" (I already had 4... but it was the perfect choice for one I already had, plus there isn't a set I don't have that I want - yet) First time since 1997ish receiving Lego for Christmas.
