Hi all,

This is my first topic and I would like to ask everyone to count how many Lion and Dragon minifigures you have. I was reading classic-castle and found the Crownies thread rather interesting. Comeon, let's boast how many Lions & Dragons we all have.

I'll start first - 28 Lions & 23 Dragons

PS: I am having Xmas holidays and have nothing to do at night, so I started this thread :D

6 dragons vs 8 lions at the moment, but it's gonna be 9 vs 8 soon.

What constitutes as a Dragon or Lion minifigure? Would a generic torso such as this cas246.jpgcount as a Lion figure?

Also, I find it rather boring just listing out how many figures you have. It would be a lot more fun to post an image of your faction sizes. I'll post mine as soon as I get my camera fixed.

18 Lions vs 11 Dragons

I hope to increase each side at least 30.

But with other themes catching my attention it will prove to be a little hard

BTW Donut is right it will be better if pics are included.

I amassed forces equivalent to the contains of 2 dragon knights BPs, 5 Kingdoms advent-calendars and 1 copy of set 7950. I'll leave the calculations up to you, as I'm seriously wasted as of now...

However there's this whole conundrum as to how all those factions are going to be intertwined with already established army-building efforts, and I found that the newer lion-knights look fantastic as an uprising royalist faction once you swap grey arms and dark-grey legs for dark-tan arms and brown legs respectively. Somehow provincial in appearance yet regal enough to convey authority.

The dragon-knights on the other hand have a feeling of being the "rogue"-team. Not forceful enough to rule, yet not as unforceful as to not be a threat to be reckoned with.

Both their times shall come - for the better or the worse, only time will tell...

Be well all,

Cutty

Don't we have a show your army topic in the History Forum?

If we are to boast of our armies then we could at least include pictures, couldn't we?
