Rufus Posted January 4, 2011 Posted January 4, 2011 The only real clue we have is the one alliance that has been made explicit - the Chief and the King. We have only their word that they are innocent. And the Spaceman's trust in the Chief smells fishy to me.
def Posted January 4, 2011 Author Posted January 4, 2011 Just over five hours left. Lynch Vote Tally Cookie Custer/Roncanator 1 (Big Cam) Proxy votes: Chief Washing Bear/Jim Butcher 1 (Cornelius Murdock)
RileyC Posted January 4, 2011 Posted January 4, 2011 As to keep alive and cover myself as Cookie sleeps, and probably Big Cam tomorrow. Vote: Cameron "Big Cam" Oaktree. Cookie really means nothing in this but its just because BC seems like he isn't here to change. But note to Dr. Blutziegel, if he does unvote me can you automatically unvote me too? Cookie would hate it to have BC head on a platter just because Cookie was sleeping.

For today, I'll do it one more time, but as of day two, keeping track of votes and when you go to bed will be part of the game. You will need to formally unvote yourself, or give proxy to someone who can. For New Zealanders, this is a bit of a pain, but it's a fairly convenient time zone for most of the rest of the world. Lynch Vote Tally Cookie Custer/Roncanator 1 (Big Cam) Big Cam 1 (Roncanator) Proxy votes: Chief Washing Bear/Jim Butcher 1 (Cornelius Murdock)
Bob Posted January 4, 2011 Posted January 4, 2011 Nurse Pepper (Bob the Construction Man) Quiet. Made this post: Not much of help. Excuse me for not babbling excessive nonsense, I've got nothing to say. I'm new here, I don't know much.
Sandy Posted January 4, 2011 Posted January 4, 2011 Okay, I've been listening to this reindeers**t going on and on the whole damn day. The bottomline is that we innocent people cannot win this twisted game of life if we don't vote. We might be wrong, we might be right, we never know until the s**t hits the fan. So I don't know if I'm wrong about this, but I'm innocent and I'm going to use the power given to me and make a damn vote. Vote: Cookie Custer/Roncanator No hard feelings, I'm just not a coward.
Peanuts Posted January 4, 2011 Posted January 4, 2011 So, day seems to come to an end, and we will most propably get a conviction, so I Vote: Big cam You want to know why? Well, there will be a conviction today. If we kill someone else, and he turns out to be innoncent, we just lost an innoncent. If we convict someone else who turns out to be sinister, we killed a sinister, but we are as clueless as before. If we kill Cam, and he was innoncent, we also lost an innoncent. But if he was sinister, we got plenty of new suspects, That's all. I think, the chance he is scum, is about the same as the others. Give me a better reason to vote for someone else, and I will do it, but if we have to convict someone blindly, I want to make the best out of it.
MagPiesRUs Posted January 4, 2011 Posted January 4, 2011 Bear did, thank you for speaking up. Bear also spoke to Salvatore, and King. The rest, I have no idea why they voted for me. It is possible I missed this while my battery was recharging: why did you select these particular 3 individuals? Lynch Vote Tally Cookie Custer/Roncanator 1 (Big Cam) Big Cam 1 (Roncanator) Proxy votes: Chief Washing Bear/Jim Butcher 1 (Cornelius Murdock) We have no substantial evidence against either of these individuals. However, from a purely practical perspective, killing "Cameron 'Big Cam' Oaktree" would produce the most information for us tomorrow. Therefore, I will Vote: Cameron 'Big Cam' Oaktree and trust the judgement of our PR "Chief Washing Bear".
def Posted January 4, 2011 Author Posted January 4, 2011 Cookie Custer/Roncanator 2 (Big Cam, Sandy) Big Cam 3 (Roncanator, Peanuts, TinyPiesRUs) Proxy votes: Chief Washing Bear/Jim Butcher 1 (Cornelius Murdock)
Big Cam Posted January 4, 2011 Posted January 4, 2011 Placing your trust in the bear is your choice but it seems after much babbling we are nowhere closer to any decision which is why my view will stand, I have my reasoning and quite frankly its the only half decent reason anyone has given while voting, do lynch me of you like, but you'll only be spring yourself in the foot as I am not one of the sinisters.
Hinckley Posted January 4, 2011 Posted January 4, 2011 Wait, wait. Who said that Stanley and Washing Bear were childhood friends? That can't be true. Stanley was isolated at the circus until he performed. He couldn't have made any friends. And Washing Bear was on a reservation... Whoever said they were childhood friends is either lying or mistaken...
Rick Posted January 4, 2011 Posted January 4, 2011 Wait, wait. Who said that Stanley and Washing Bear were childhood friends? The Chief himself said so. I questioned him about the reason for this trust as well. No answer so far. Sorry, my mistake, he said that about The King. My question about the reason for that trust still stands though...
CorneliusMurdock Posted January 4, 2011 Posted January 4, 2011 Since everyone seems to believe that my proxy vote is suspicious; Unproxy: Washing Bear The reasonings for convicting Big cam seem sound to me. I think the most information may be gleaned from it. Vote: Big Cam

I think the most information may be gleaned from it. Vote: Big Cam I hope you are prepared for disappointment my friend, as my wrongful death will not yield you any results as I am not sinister.
Quarryman Posted January 4, 2011 Posted January 4, 2011 So, earlier I said that if nothing presented itself I'd throw in a random vote. Something has however presented itself, and I can in no way influence it, so I'll abstain from voting today. Though I surely see the need for voting, and I applaud those of you who have made a stand even without anything to go on, it's that kind of spirit we need to get rid of these stupid sinister sickos and get through this alive.
def Posted January 4, 2011 Author Posted January 4, 2011 And so it is, Big Cam is convicted by Roncanator, Peanuts, TinyPiesRUs, and Cornelius Murdock. Follow up posted shortly, loyalty results in the morning of day two, starting in 48 hours. Send your night actions in, preferably sooner rather than later. 36 hours will be the time limit, so I have time to organize day two.
def Posted January 4, 2011 Author Posted January 4, 2011 A door shuts, and a creak is heard in the hallway, a steady creaking, coming closer and closer. Well, I feel much better. I'm happy to hear your investigation made some progress today. Oh, Big Cam, you say? It's possible. He has the upper body strength to drag a hulking walrus around without much trouble. It won't be until after the lobotomy that we'll know what was going on with him really. Doctor Rajim, please bring me Big Cam. The suddenly sullen doctor complies, holding Big Cam's hand, leading him to the entrance. Hello! How are you? Doctor Ballbricker, Doctor Rajim, please escort Big Cam to my study. Oh dear, I'll have to change the straps on my table, they'll never hold this guy. Why are you taking Big Cam? Don't take Big Cam! Big Cam never hurt no one! With one fell swoop, Big Cam clutched the medic from Mumbai, twirling him willy nilly. His power was just too much. Unhand him! BANG! Everyone gathered around the freshly laid corpse, stunned at what had just happened in front of them. But it had happened, they could never go back. Alas, the gentle giant is put to rest. I much prefer lobotomizing live patients, but it will be more convenient to separate the head from the body first. Regardless, tomorrow morning we'll know if you made the correct choice when my testing is done. The patients saw the future ahead of them if they did not get their act together quickly. The last light of day flickered through the trees. A dog barks at the nascent moon teasing the horizon. Doctor Ballbricker ordered lights out, and the patients dragged their feet to their beds, while the staff went to their makeshift mattresses. Night falls.
