Hinckley Posted January 4, 2011 Posted January 4, 2011 He's a Chief.... Listen, the good King of Delaware would rather place his trust in a Native American who talks to animals than a man who claims he's Him. Every time a person claims he's the Lord, people die. Now, I'm really not in the mood to crucify somebody in my kingdom (horrible way to die I've heard), but if we have to crucify this impostor, I'll gladly be your Judas (without the gallows, as well) and if you really are Insane and the Son of Man, then I, the King of Delaware will repent for my sins. Until then: VOTE:Dougie "Jesus" Douglas/Hinckley Your reasoning has no evidence as far as roles and affiliations are considered. This is most unwise. You aren't missing anything. I can't decide who to vote for but don't want to incur the wrath of the Doctor, so I am doing the only thing I can. No one has chosen to take me into their confidences so I must try to figure out who to trust on my own. I'm giving Washing Bear a chance to earn my trust. If this turns out to be a mistake, so be it. Oh, how I wish my spaceship had fuel left in it. Things are so much simpler on the moon. This is a ridiculous amount of power to entrust to another player. Possible conversation? You voted for him, apparently unintentionally at first, but then, as Butz said, quoted him directly, so it looked like you were passively voting for him. It was suspicious. Yes, possible conversation. Knowing the day had around 48 hours left, there was plenty of time for me to undo the mistake and I did it next time I logged in was conscious. Everything happening around you is twice as suspicious as anything I've said or done.
KotZ Posted January 4, 2011 Posted January 4, 2011 Hmm, well, Jesus, you are making some sort of point. Well, I'm going to change my stance. UNVOTE: Dougie "Jesus" Douglas/Hinckley But I'm keeping my eye on you. And now, I turn back to the list I had earlier, and my vote is now this: VOTE: Professor Diem/Walter Kovacs
Dragonator Posted January 4, 2011 Posted January 4, 2011 But I'm keeping my eye on you. And now, I turn back to the list I had earlier, and my vote is now this: VOTE: Professor Diem/Walter Kovacs You're jumping around like a raging lunatic! Which I guess sort of makes sense, given the circumstances. What was the reasoning behind this vote again? Or is it just more random guessing? Time is running out, it would probably be best if we could make a collective decision, rather than forcing our PR to do it for us.
Hinckley Posted January 4, 2011 Posted January 4, 2011 Well, my servants brought me a list of all the staff and patients, and as I look through the files, I have a few suspects based on previous "incidents" from inside this clean castle and outside in the faire. Dr. Ballbricker: She doesn't really like us by the bedside Perry Noid: He's induced problems on himself, but thank the royal doctors they were able to stop them in time. I worry he may poison one of us in the night. Senor Canny Bolero: He's a criminal, and eats people's flesh. I for on would not want that in my kingdom. Petey Pirowski: He likes fire. He could set fire to the castle. Professor Diem: It says in his file he shouldn't ever be set free, and what he does is intolerable in my kingdom at least. Dudley Eisenhower: Now, while soldiers protect kingdoms, this one seems odd to me. He has been here for a long time, and thinks he's still in WWII, which, are using these interesting rapid-fire crossbows. He's violent in public but the file says the shock therapy is working. He may be lying in the therapy. Now keep in mind, these are just speculations I have noticed. They may or may not be Sinister, just like the others I have not named. Now this also keeps in line with the 6 Sinister I guessed about earlier. Your list is a bit goofy as you are basing your findings off of people's traits and disorders. This has nothing to do with affiliation. Perhaps you should not dwell too much on our resident's afflictions or anything any voice in the sky is telling you about them. Something tells me the Sinister are randomly scattered among us with no connection to any character description you may have read in some online thread this game...of life is occurring in...your majesty.

What was the reasoning behind this vote again? Or is it just more random guessing? Time is running out, it would probably be best if we could make a collective decision, rather than forcing our PR to do it for us. I take offense to that. The King of Delaware may be loony, but aren't we all according to society? I chose the professor because of the list I put together earlier with the help of my royal servants. I based this on the files I read. Your list is a bit goofy as you are basing your findings off of people's traits and disorders. This has nothing to do with affiliation. I'm sorry, but I have to go with what I believe. And that's what I decree... my Lord.
def Posted January 4, 2011 Author Posted January 4, 2011 Lynch Vote Tally Cookie Custer/Roncanator 1 (Big Cam) Big Cam 1 (Roncanator) Professor Diem/Walter Kovacs 1 (KingoftheZempk) Proxy votes: Chief Washing Bear 1 (Cornelius Murdock) In the hospital, shadows begin to grow long as the sun arches downward in the sky. There's an eerie silence in the ward, broken by the padding of slippers and the odd bump into a wall. The staff and patients sneak furtive looks at one another in hopes of getting a notion about how to end the day. If there was a smell in the air beyond stale mattresses, it was desperation. Players have just over 12 hours before day one finishes.

May I say something, *ahem* while spending time hiding from the romans, a man said to me, "son, use all taht you are given, and waste nothing, for tomorrow, you may be gone, with nothing left, not even a son" That being said, I would like to say that I truely believe that we would not have been given that list if it was not helpful in the slightest. I believe that the list of bios can help us make a well informed decision on who to vote for. Cause remember, if it wouldn't help us, it wouldn't be there. we may just be making this harder then it already is
Walter Kovacs Posted January 4, 2011 Posted January 4, 2011 Hmm, well, Jesus, you are making some sort of point. Well, I'm going to change my stance. UNVOTE: Dougie "Jesus" Douglas/Hinckley But I'm keeping my eye on you. And now, I turn back to the list I had earlier, and my vote is now this: VOTE: Professor Diem/Walter Kovacs I know you're insane and all, but Wha!?! Is there any basis to this accusation, or are you just flinging votes around willy nilly? The least you could do is give some sort of reasoning before dragging my name through the mud. Christ (no offense meant, Dougie), if anyone is acting scummy, I think its the King at this point.
Hinckley Posted January 4, 2011 Posted January 4, 2011 That being said, I would like to say that I truely believe that we would not have been given that list if it was not helpful in the slightest. Then you are a fool: Using the number picker at random.org, avatars were assigned rooms, then players were (for the most part) randomly assigned avatars, and after those were settled, roles and powers were randomly assigned. There is no connection between hospital roles and game roles.(emphasis added) So have fun in the game, but don't think nurses are being led by the doctors, or there is any meaning between room groupings. If you do, you will shoot yourself in the foot and hurt your team. And the Lord looked down upon the Earth and said "Who is more foolish? The fool? Or the fool who follows him?"
Admiral Ron Posted January 4, 2011 Posted January 4, 2011 Christ (no offense meant, Dougie), if anyone is acting scummy, I think its the King at this point. That may be true, or he could be severely misguided. But he is acting suspicious...
Shadows Posted January 4, 2011 Posted January 4, 2011 Some of you are babbling like you're crazy or something... This is the strangest resort hotel I've ever visited. Now I see why they said I had to be committed, it takes commitment to put up with you people. So, seriously, has anyone seen that hot doctor around?
sok117 Posted January 4, 2011 Posted January 4, 2011 Then you are a fool: If I may read a passage from one of my favourite books, which greatly inspired me to write , its a little tale of a magical castle called hogwarts Characters & Roles As you might have noticed, I took an unconventional route of creating characters with specific roles, instead of randomly drawing roles for the characters. That made them more deep and personified, with their background stories linking to their abilities, but it was also very risky, because in this game you could actually deduce somebody's role from their looks so you never truely can know what happens in these games of life
Scouty Posted January 4, 2011 Posted January 4, 2011 That may be true, or he could be severely misguided. But he is acting suspicious... I share your feelings. The King and Washing Bear voted for the King first in the PR vote, but then the King suddenly changes his vote for Washing Bear, beginning the flood that has put Washing Bear in the PR position. Just an observation, you know? Every step, every action we make must be noted. This affair of Washing Bear is raising up the most red flags to me. I wish I knew how to raise a flag. I tried it once, but I ended up burning it.

It has nothing to do with our lives, you complete idiot. The rule I quoted is from our hospital's guidebook. Can we vote for this guy just because he's the biggest idiot I've ever played this game...of life with?? I repeat: You are a moron.

Which do you go by? A fictional book or real life? Dr. Bloodbrick wrote what he wrote, so we follow that, not what some other person wrote. Don't let down Dr. Bloodbrick, he's our caretaker !

The King and Washing Bear voted for the King first in the PR vote, but then the King suddenly changes his vote for Washing Bear, beginning the flood that has put Washing Bear in the PR position. Just an observation, you know? Indeed, when he said that anyone can ask him in the bathroom, I did and he said he changed because he felt WB had more experience in leadership.
iamded Posted January 4, 2011 Posted January 4, 2011 Dios mio, the votes are going everywhere. It looks like we'll get a conviction today after all.
Walter Kovacs Posted January 4, 2011 Posted January 4, 2011 I'd put in a retalitory vote for the King, but a) I don't know he's Sinister and b) he's awfully chummy with the Bear right now. Since the Bear currently controls 2 votes, plus the tiebreaker if it comes to that, I'd rather not even risk it.
JimBee Posted January 4, 2011 Posted January 4, 2011 How about we vote for someone likely to be scum, who's not spoken up? We think that a staff member could be sinister, so let's looks at that list, and narrow it down from there. Dr Ballbricker (Ricecracker) Has spoken a fair amount, no reason to be suspicious of. Voted for once. Dr Rajim (Admiral Ron) Talkative, probably innocent. Nurse Pendleton (Zephyr) Talkative, voted for once, got off without much to suspect of. Seems trustworthy due to this post: I'm afraid to say at this point, I have no real defense. Nothing has happened to either incriminate me, nor cause me to be trusted. I'm just a nurse trying my best to do what we do. I am who I am, as Kasha would say. I hope not one votes for me, because one vote would be enough to send me over the edge into lynching, and there's really not a case for that yet. And though it may cost me, I will say that I agree that there has gotta be a staffer in on the whole plot. And this: Also, hate to point fingers at my attacker because I figure that's what the sinister insanes would do, but would anyone else like to note that Havel singled out the staff, but than said that Ballbricker was certainly NOT a member of the sinisters on as little evidence as he has to accuse me. I just can not understand any of the logic in his post. She looks motherly, so it can't be him, but because I'm a male nurse, it must certainly be me. Doesn't that seem a little weak to all of you? Nurse Pepper (Bob the Construction Man) Quiet. Made this post: Do we have any suspects? I heard someone voting for Cookie Custer, are we just blind voting? I'm not sure we have any suspects at this point, however, I don't want to feel the wraith of the good Doctor. I'm at a loss as to what we should do, this is all very confusing to me. Not much of help. Nurse Penny (Yumiyoshi) Quiet, made a couple, not very helpful, comments: Zut zut my dearly dear. Now, let's put some ducktape around your feet at let's avoid slip of the tongue and slip on your slippers. I'd don't want to point out that if reiterate slipplin' I'll ask the doctor for an adequate solution. I've slipped too, once too much. gigglegiggle giggle. Souls seems so tight today..We should remember to give our attention to the message, not to the mere messenger. --- If we are to vote out any staff member, Bear thinks it should be either Nurse Penny or Nurse Pepper. There are also a few others Bear's got his eye on, the quiet ones. Including: Sparky Trucks (TinyPies) Perry Noid (ADHO) Ted Nathan Tompkins (WhiteFang) Sandy Craws (Sandy) - a little on the quiet side, not sure about this one. Lupo (Rufus) - see above Shadows Martin Century (Stash2Sixx) Again, Bear is just pointing out that they have been quiet, some more than others, and if anything is to be learned from books that we've read (during the allotted reading time, of course) about games... of life, then it's that scum like to fly under the radar by keeping their posts at a minimum. This has already been explained. The King and Bear are good childhood friends, and know of each other's innocence. And yeah, that's when the flood started because I was online awake and campaigning at the time. Read remember back to when all of the people who voted for Bear was discussed. I'd put in a retalitory vote for the King, but a) I don't know he's Sinister and b) he's awfully chummy with the Bear right now. Since the Bear currently controls 2 votes, plus the tiebreaker if it comes to that, I'd rather not even risk it. I'm not going to vote for you, because I agree. King, as much as you and Bear are friends, please stop throwing around votes because the files have nothing to do with the patient's intent.

Hinckley Posted January 4, 2011 Posted January 4, 2011 Here are my current suspicions: The King of Delaware (KingoftheZempk) and Havel Pavlov (Sok117) are amateurishly running around trying to make us believe certain people among us are sinister based off bad information that we should all know not to follow. Each one of us has some crazy stuff in our files. Could it be that these two know who the Sinister are, since they are sinister, and are trying to get one of the innocents voted off with little knowledge of how best to do so? who was the patient moved to the eastward from the westward, that now occupies the late siggy "walrus" 's bed? I think that If they were not here at the time of the murders, it may be safe to say that they can be trusted. Was it really I who was moved from the West ward? , my bad it seems as though I was out of it. Not even aware of his own state of being? And the King of Delaware has changed his mind more often than he changes his underpants, which is getting more and more seldom. We need to follow the Clean Air Act around here. Staff? Anyone? We also have the ongoing debate over how Washing Bear and Big Cam got so many votes and why people switched their votes and who supported them, etc... Shadows Martin Century (Stash2Sixx) Yes, I find it odd that these two have been so quiet as well.

I admit I have been all over the place lately , I don't know whats got into me but I think I can safely say that a sinister insane would rather play his cards close to the table rather then run around like a chicken with his head cut off, oh well, it is just my word against yours and there is no evidence for or against what I say, so I will just wait and see for something of value to come up and offer opinions were they are due. Right now I think I need more time for my suspicions to develop before I go on and start making more accusations.

Walter Kovacs Posted January 4, 2011 Posted January 4, 2011 King, as much as you and Bear are friends, please stop throwing around votes because the files have nothing to do with the patient's intent. I thank you for your voice of reason, Chief Washing Bear. I take back what I said earlier, perhaps the patients have made a wise decision. Here are my current suspicions: The King of Delaware (KingoftheZempk) and Havel Pavlov (Sok117) are amateurishly running around trying to make us believe certain people among us are sinister based off bad information that we should all know not to follow. Or they could both be Impartial to the current procedings, and simply don't care which side loses a member. *shrug* As for Shadows, he's in my ward. In the time I've known him, he's never been exactly "quiet". Perhaps the staff have recently upped his meds?
