Is the set not available in Europe. If it is, you should get it. I will get mine on tuesday, but from the pictures online and reviews, i can't wait. The only major drawback I have heard of is stickers. All of the shields and banners have stickers you need to put on. That means at least 10 minutes of peeling, placing, and re-peeling. But, I am still escited. This set will allow for many adventures and battles. I mainly got this set becasue I already have quite a few lego knights and casle figures, ranging from classic to king leo a few years ago. I have King Leo's castle, but it is totally destroyed and the pieces are scattered, so i don't have a castle for my men. The best I have done is an outpost of sorts. It is a bunch of those rock wall type pieces, built onto oneof those raised, caslte green base plated, wtih 2 gray platform pieces and rock pieces on that, so they can stand elevated, and hide behind rocks to ambush people. They 've made a big step in the right direction,but not that big... Many of these things has been already said,but this is my review :-P : Things I like would be: at first - putting castle design to old classic direction,without any KK2 influences... The number of figs (I can't remember when TLC gave us so many figs last time ;-), BOTP doesn't counts ) classic helmets,ghost,that rat (absolutely medieval themes must have plenty of these),european armour (especially the red one)... the blacksmith-dwarf,torched skeletons(torched people usually ended up like skeletons,and they did torched people,you know >:-) )... and of course,the baseplate... I'm sure there is going to be more of my"likes"when I actually buy this set,but I'm waiting for sale. Things I don't like... At the first place I don't like the fact that this set is called a "LEGEND"??? I've never seen this one before,it reminds me on 6090 and 6096,nut it's not 6090 neither 6096... so it isn't a legend... I don't like that stickers (I'm sure you all happy,you yellow castle-lovers ;-) :-D ) the figs doesn't have printed torsos And if they've done this,they could bring back the short swords,not this power ranger-likes... I don't like evil skeleton faces (I'm going replace these with classics,that's for sure) What the heck is Johnny Thunder's head doing in castle theme? And why the heck is that ghost having yellow hands? Rat is a nice addition,but that dog surely doesn't...And where is the queen/princes/sorceress?We used to see them in old castles... And I'm saying this only from pictures,I'm sure there is going to be much of my dislikes when I buy this one... From looking at instructions at classic-castle forum, there are one or two drawbacks, like stickers, but it still looks amazing. The best castle set since classic castle stuff. I don't mind about the plain torsos. I plan on keeping the armor on. It would be nice if they had decoration just for taking off the armor. But, lots of figures, shields, and weapons. Another thing I would change is to bring back the old short swords. I liked those a lot. tHe KK ones look like power rangers, and they are just weird. I just go it. It is great, except for one thing. The green baseplate was cracked. This is due to the condition the box was in, which wasn't good. I was beat up the in horribel shape. Quote

(In my version I used Rascus' head, and making an even more watchful comparison, well, Rascus' head is a Johny Thunder's one except for JT's hair and Rascus' keychain mostache!!!) Also, there's a sorcerer with a witch's hat and all his stuff right on the top of the castle. As no one has done a review yet, you can check mine ;-) at My 10176! Quote

But if I can forgive the plain torsos of knights and soldiers (they have armour across of it), I can't forgive wizard's plain torso... And I think that wizard is having Viking warlord's head (we have two beards in this case) and I don't like it... That black hat wouldn't bother me,but they could put a black torso or black legs... As no one has done a review yet, you can check mine ;-) at My 10176! I have already cheked it... It's really wonderful and usefull... I like how the Morcia's baseplate fits with all this stuff... Also, what figures does it have, and how many of each? Ben posted a review on classic-castle.com. Here's the link. It's at the bottom of the page. His profile says he lives in "Saint Louis, MO USA". That's odd. I live in the same general area, but will get mine on Tuesday. I think that he probably used faster shipping, but i am on a budget, and son't want to spend anoth $10 for it to arrive a few days earlier. I chose the least expensive shipping also. It may be due to the fact I pre-ordered mine quite early and that affected shipping order. Unfortunately a storm knocked out my power at home and I will not be able to do a review until I get it back. Ben Quote
