- 79016 Attack on Lake-Town

- 79015 Witch-King Battle (x 5) I needed the five wraith Nazgûl ^^, the extra Elronds are nice for a Second Age elf army, but I don't know what to do with all the Galadriels though.

- CMF 13 Paleontologist and Hot-Dog guy

- Two Pick-a-Brick cups.

Still looking for Mirkwood Elf Army and Battle of Dol Guldur..

Today I bought the 9472 Attack on Weathertop set :classic:

Furthermore I ordered a Rohan soldier and some Uruks last week

I was looking for 9472 too. I saw it on Amazon but it has a very high price.

How much did you pay it? If I may ask :classic:

This weekend was a good LEGO weekend...Not so good for other things, as our pipes have frozen and my mobile's speakers blew, but at least I got some new sets.

79016 Attack on Lake-Town

79013 Lake-Town Chase (currently on sale at Kmart if you can find it on the shelves)

I plan on making a small base to display both of those sets

79008 (used, perfect condition, extra parts) + 9471 (same) + 70402 (gatehouse only) + 7948 (outpost only) + complete minifigs from 9473 (including cave troll) + 18 skeletons + 5 CMF figs + 2nd Gimli and Legolas + lot of weapons and bonus Rohan shields, for about 120 dollars. Is it good deal or not?

I think it's a good deal :classic: . Just 79008 + 9471 are 120$ worth in my opinion.

I am up to six Egyptian warriors and I found CMF Viking shields in the Build a Minifigure station in Woodland Hills last night. Three of those will go great for a new Viking themed MOC.

I planned to build a little army with Egyptian warriors I have but I can't find a "leader". I don't have the other Egyptian Minifigures. I was thinking about using the "Withcking" to represent a sort of "undead king" leading the warriors from the sands. Something in the style of "Warhammer Tomb Kings", just to use an example :classic:

Looks interesting what u r doing....if you buy the Pharoah minifig from the set Scorpion Pyramid, then you will have a true Holy Leader..;-)

It's not very easy to me to buy these kind of Lego sets. I either found them sold at illogically high prices or shipped from country far away (with obviously expensive shipping rates).

I'll search specifically for that set (or Minifigure). Perhaps I'll be lucky this time

Sadly I have been away from the hobby for a very long period and I missed so many things.

Thank you very much for the suggestion :classic:

Middle Earth is complete is almost. I got The Lonely Mountain for 20% off and double VIP Points at my local LEGO store. Recently I picked up a third copy of Witch-King Battle for 50%, Battle for Ninjago City for 50% off, and various 3x3 inverted dish Viking shields, and the Viking ship prow on Brickset too.

Once I get the BluRay with the exclusive Bain minifig the collection is whole.

This is tough since I actually haven't bought any set in a few years! I'm somewhat recently gotten back into collecting LEGO again but I've found myself buying individual parts and pieces instead of sets. But my latest purchases, mainly from last week, consist of 5 of the new Dwalin minifigs, from Battle of the Five Armies, to start my own Dwarven army! Of course, I had to buy weapons, helmets (which I'm not fond of the ones I got), and a few different beards to differentiate the Dwarves a bit more. :classic:

I got me this set at nearly 50 % off in Toys r Us, taking advantage of an extremely rare opportunity to stack 2 promotional discounts:

I look forward to modding it to become a proper elven or forestmen home.

I finally got the Battle of Five Armies set, which means I now own atleast one of every Middle-Earth set.

Whew! Finally done, maybe bricklinking a few more army building figs but otherwise I'm finished.. Time to focus my wallet on Marvel Superheroes.
