It was good to see you again, too!

LEGO World sure was a blast. One thing I would really like to know, though, is how much LEGO that disappear over those four days. Must be quite alot.

EB Event 2011 on!!!

I am super swamped at work today, so those who haven´t replyed yet has until Sunday to do so.

Then the hotel will be booked on Monday.

Have a great weekend everyone!

To much fun at the same time. :hmpf_bad:

Yeah, a typical problem, I'd like to have been in Sweden and The Netherlands that weekend too, but unfortunately our crappy level of technology makes that impossible. :hmpf_bad:

I'm gonna have to pass on this, I'm flying to Scotland that weekend instead.

Sorry to hear that Tobbe. Hope you will have a great weekend and do your other hobby instead.

I´ll see you in a few weekends though which I am looking forward to a lot.

What do you mean Quarry? You are still coming to Windsor, right?

Of course I'm coming, just saying that there are things happening in Sweden and The Netherlands the same weekend that I'd like to participate in as well, but due to going to Windsor I can't. Oh well, can't do everything.

First post has been updated!

Thanks Ras! I can't wait for the event. When will the Doc start his countdown?

Does that mean you know where you're staying? Let us know and we can try to be nearby, as I assume there will be the consumption of beverages near where you guys will be staying and we'd hate to miss out! :sweet:

Would you please stop pushing me?

The trading post will open soon though.

Patience is the key word.

No I don´t. I was about to book the hotel today, but got swamped at work.

Tomorrow nothing will stop me from doing my duty.

So, there is a Viking room this year too. :sweet:

+ a Senior Viking room

You mean 1 Viking room, and 1 Kids room, right?

Would you please stop pushing me?

Traditions is traditions you know. Can´t live without them.

How many figs do you have lined up? You need at least 90 if you start it today

Or it did...

Have a few different options by now, but this is way harder than I thought to meet the needs we have.

Are awaiting a few answers, and will know more by tomorrow.

Will keep you all informed, so stay tuned.

Is there a draft schedule of activities for the event ? I'm starting to wonder what we'll be doing for 4 days !

At BrickCon, I came up with a very good schedule.

"To the pub!"

It was the battle cry of the Bricklord area.

-Sir Norman "But not at 6am..." Ray.

Going to the LEGO park will be for sure be part of the schedule. Also there will most probably be a number of fun contests, but Ras can probably explain this better than myself.

What I do know is that on Friday evening there will be an exclusive event presentation covering a lot of interesting topics (related with Eurobricks and LEGO) featuring multiple speakers. This will be on Friday after dinner, so I guess starting around 19h30.

Unfortunately due to work commitments it looks like we won't be able to come for the whole thing, but we'll definitely try to make it down for the 'exclusive presentation' on Friday! Sounds intriguing....

I'm still new to this whole Eurobricks thing but being in the UK I'm going to try to make it to my first event, probably just for a day, I'm only a hour from Windsor so it's not too much of a treck. Friday night sounds interesting.

Luckily for me, between May 27th and June 6th are free of exams! So it's more likely that not I can make it for a day! Any suggestions which day would be best? Do we get free stuff too?

I'll pull your underwear over your head for free?

Glad you're coming - if you want come for one day, then I think Saturday might be cool as I think we'll be hovering the park that day. Which is always great fun.
