Hmm...

We're missing a lot of stuff from the first movie.

Blacksmith's Shop

$10

Includes Jack, Will, and donkey. Maybe some wooden structural stuff, a forge, different swords.

Port Royal Prison

$20

Includes Jack, prisoner, warden, dog. 2 cells, a destructable wall in one. The chair Will gets Jack out with, and some spares furniture in the cells.

Port Royal Fort

$40

Includes Jack, 2 guards, Norrington, and Elizabeth. Pretty much a re-done soldier's fort, with Jack's dingy.

2nd movie, a bit more.

Beckett's Office

$10

Elizabeth, Beckett, Norrington. Letter of Marque, Jones's heart, desk, chair, big map.

Tia Dalma's Shack

$20

Tia, Gibbs, Elizabeth, Barbossa, Jack the monkey. Kind of an almagamation of scenes, mostly because the jar of dirt included.

Shipwreck of Doom

$30

Ship ruins on some rocks, Will, 2 crazed crewmen, Davy Jones. Falling mast?

Tortuga Tavern

$50

Includes Norrington, Jack, Gibbs, Elizabeth in pirate diguise, random pirate. The bar itself, maybe a 2nd floor overlook. Bottles, cups, and goblets abound.

The Flying Dutchman

$130?

Includes Davy Jones, Bootstrap Bill, 3 crewmen, Will. Not much to explain.

3rd movie. Quite a bit to be seen.

Sao Feng's Throne Room

$10

Sao Feng, Barbossa, Elizabeth. Throne, those steamer things, weapons.

Singapore

$20

2 soldiers, 2 Singapore guys, Gibbs. Just a dock, with a small building and a cannon, possibly a destructable wall.

The Singapore Junk (Whatever it was called)

$50

Barbossa, Will, 2-3 Singapore crewmen. Rather small, but the upper deck has a function that allows it tip slightly in either direction.

Beckett's Ship (Forgot its name...)

$150+

Beckett, lieutenant, 3 crewmen. That huge ship at the end, lots of destructable functions.

Exactly what my wish list would need :pir-cry_sad: all the good stuff from the movies... TLG let's do this list

Since the title of the thread also suggests worst set ideas, and I haven't really seen any so far, I'll come with one.

Life sized ultimate collectors Jar of Dirt!

Although that might actually have some fans due to the sheer goofiness.

I can imagine all the people carrying these out of stores singing "I've got a jar of dirt, I've got a jar of dirt..."

Hi folks,

I have to list all your ideas in these post. And I must say, these are a lot. Someone like Port Royal or Flying Dutchman are double, but in summery have every person shared us his own ideas. I think here have everyone a overview.

Thank you for sharing and LEGO have a lot to do. :pir-wink:

@ Dr.Cogg:

Flying Dutchmen, Port Royal Pirate attack, and Tortuga Tavern, now for lame ideas, Calypsos Release(sorry for the mispelling),Sao Fengs bath house and Jacks crew of Jacks

@ halfpenguinhalflego:

UCS Flying Dutchman and The hangmans noose at the end of the first movie (when Jack is about to be hung)

@ lt.Gonville brickhead:

Maybe a Brethren court or a tavern fight from the 2nd movie when norrington returns. :pir-sweet:

@ Fives:

Anything with Davy Jones, and maybe his heart (I've got a jar of dirt!)

@ Gryphon Ink:

-a high-quality version of the Governor's house from the first movie

-Tia Dalma's shack mixed with some of the river exterior. An awesome, spooky set with potential for really cool accessories in the shack.

-Sao Feng's bathhouse:

Playability would be pretty high if they did it right, as you've got swords being launched through the floor, exploding walls and other action features. Not to mention a Chow Yun Fat minifig, which would rank right up there with Indiana Jones and the Squid Warrior in coolness.

@ gotoAndLego:

Imperial Flagship. Maybe even a UCSer version.

@ Perfectionist:

I hope to see more pearl gold, the globe will do fine for a captains cabin and the minifigs will be a very welcome variation too!

@ narbilu:

-Davy Jones organ room

Figs: Davy Jones (with the octopus armed face, would be so cool), Will Turner, Bootstrap Bill

-The Flying Dutchman

Figs: Davy Jones, Bootstrap Bill, Maccus, Koleniko, Palifico

The Flying Dutchman was an infamous supernatural galleon. The Dutchman was first

-Edinburgh Trader

Figs: Will Turner, Elisabeth Swann, Captain Bellamy, Crewman (or 2)

-VooDoo Shack

Figs: Jack Sparrow, Tia Dalma

-Port Royal

Figs: James Norrington, Mullroy, Murtogg, Elisabeth Swann, Jack Sparrow, Governer Swann (plus 1 or 2 royal navy figs)

@ Elander:

A prison including three captives and the incredible Dog with key. :pir-cry_happy:

@ Blackknight112/@ joeygunns :

-UCS flying dutchman = epic win!!

-krakken attacking

@ punkkid364:

Maybe the Hai Peng (the junk used to get to Davy Jones' Locker) and something from the Brethren Court. There are too many cool pirates there (READ: KEITH RICHARDS) to not have minifigs of them. I can see TLG putting out a "Blacksmith Duel" set from the first film.

@ mattb483:

sets with lord cutler beckett:

I would love to have them make the hms endevoar but that's a long shot.. so maybe cutler becketts office from dead mans chest or another captains cabin from at worlds end when him and jack make there deal...

@ Captain Becker:

-The Inteceptor for sure!

-Dauntless or Endeavour

@ blueandwhite:

-a UCS version of the Pearl would look perfect.

@ kurigan:

-duel in the treasure room, or simply HMS Dauntless/Interceptor

-something like a large one piece water wheel for the three way duel over Jones’ heart, or cheap Chinese plastic, the theme should do well.

@ CallMePie:

-Blacksmith's Shop $10

Includes Jack, Will, and donkey. Maybe some wooden structural stuff, a forge, different swords.

-Port Royal Prison $20

Includes Jack, prisoner, warden, dog. 2 cells, a destructable wall in one. The chair Will gets Jack out with, and some spares furniture in the cells.

-Port Royal Fort $40

Includes Jack, 2 guards, Norrington, and Elizabeth. Pretty much a re-done soldier's fort, with Jack's dingy.

-Beckett's Office $10

Elizabeth, Beckett, Norrington. Letter of Marque, Jones's heart, desk, chair, big map.

-Tia Dalma's Shack $20

Tia, Gibbs, Elizabeth, Barbossa, Jack the monkey. Kind of an almagamation of scenes, mostly because the jar of dirt included.

-Shipwreck of Doom $30

Ship ruins on some rocks, Will, 2 crazed crewmen, Davy Jones. Falling mast?

-Tortuga Tavern $50

Includes Norrington, Jack, Gibbs, Elizabeth in pirate diguise, random pirate. The bar itself, maybe a 2nd floor overlook. Bottles, cups, and goblets abound.

- The Flying Dutchman $130?

Includes Davy Jones, Bootstrap Bill, 3 crewmen, Will. Not much to explain.

-Sao Feng's Throne Room $10

Sao Feng, Barbossa, Elizabeth. Throne, those steamer things, weapons.

-Singapore $20

2 soldiers, 2 Singapore guys, Gibbs. Just a dock, with a small building and a cannon, possibly a destructable wall.

-The Singapore Junk (Whatever it was called)$50

Barbossa, Will, 2-3 Singapore crewmen. Rather small, but the upper deck has a function that allows it tip slightly in either direction.

-Beckett's Ship (Endevoar) $150+

Beckett, lieutenant, 3 crewmen. That huge ship at the end, lots of destructable functions.

I would love to have Sao Feng's bath house! :pir-wub::pir-wub::pir-wub: And now days when designers are better and better that would be very good!

I was the last one to post in this thread, but that was over a month ago, so I should be okay, right? Anyway, after getting some of the first wave of POTC sets, I decided what I'd really like to see in the next wave (apart from Captain Teague as a minifig): more generic pirate figs. In the line that's currently out, we have a lot of specific character figs that, while awesome, are really limited in their use. I'd like to see a couple of generic pirate torsos and heads thrown in so not everyone is dressed like Jack Sparrow.

All I want are some popular ones people have already mentioned:

Most importantly: the brethren court, for the all encompassing cast of every type of international pirate, keith, and crazy random beached ship in a tree architecture

But also:

Tortuga, for the drunken chaos

Something with Davy and his crew (I don't say dutchman, only because I know they won't make every ship, and I'd rather the pearl. the 'organ room' someone suggested is a killer idea. They better use the atlantis crabman claw. I can't imagine the shellhead guy is the one-off fish pirate)

Tia Dalma's shack for the voodoo cool (and has anyone else realized there are no black female minifigs yet? :pir-cry_sad: )

The pearl with more skeleton crewmen and monkey, boarding redcoats.

A killer alternative would be: do make every ship, but MIDISCALE, and include a captain and two crewmen.

Besides the ships (Black Pearl, Dutchman, Interceptor, Dautless) I'm down for anything that gives us specific characters in minifig form.

As far as the ships...anyone else concerned that a lego Dutchman might not be able to pull off the coral/organic look of the ship?

Blacksmith's Shop

$10

Brilliant, +1 :pir-wub:

I am thinking

Stranded Island Beach : $10-20

Includes Jack and Elizabeth in "beach" attire, rum cache ( :pir-grin: ) , bonfire , classic palm trees (not single mold), animals like a shark, monkey, parrot, of course the island, perhaps baseplate or brickbuilt with several extensions, and maybe a rowboat. (might aswell through in treasure of some sort)

:shark:

(btw I hope this line doesn't go for too long and we get back to a regular generic pirate theme because there are far more potential sets, I think an Indiana Jones or Batman run of this theme will suffice)

I think the Brethren Court would be good, Parley (The part when Jack, Barbossa & Elizabeth negotiate with Becket, Davy Jones & Will, Davy Jones Locker (If not then the Hai Peng? Either way I don't care, I've got Barbossa now :jollyroger:

I'd like to see the Jolly Mon (Anamaria's little boat that Jack steals and then leaves at the bottom of Port Royal harbour in the first film). Brick built, leaking, and with Jack bailing :pir_laugh2:

Just finished watching the trilogy yesterday and the Endeavour would be EPIC! Imagine how many canons it would come with. I'm on par with the Blacksmith shop, it's an awesome fight, and just figure the rotating swords and the donkey, it would be nice to include some red coats. Any one played the demo of the Lego Pirates of the caribbean game? OMG the Black Pearl Looks EPIC!

Speaking of which, first level in the game and you play inside the blacksmith's shop:

Realistically a Kraken set would be very unlikely. LEGO don't usually make just one big animal like thing,

however I think possibly a 20 pounds set that included four or six tentacles (a new BURP piece which is pretty big will suffice (not those old 'Dragon tails' bricks)),

the front of the Kraken's mouth from the iconic scene where Jack jumps in and maybe even destroyed parts of the Black Pearl, it would also be nice to have a body of Jack covered in the Kraken saliva.

As for the Black Pearl which we know is coming out in November I can see it being bigger than the BB but smaller than the IFS, after all the Black Pearl has 800+ pieces whereas the IFS has 1600+ pieces, meaning it should be half the size of the IFS. A bigger Black Pearl aimed towards AFOLs would be absolutely awesome, but if the price of the BP is close to the IFS you could just heavily modify the IFS.

Liking all the suggestions but the set I want to see most is...

Ultimate Collectors Edition Black Pearl :pir-wub:

Similar to the HUGE millennium falcon set. I think the same size and detail aimed at the Pearl would be mind blowing. I assure you I would be the first in line and would happily pay rip-off prices for it! :pir-cry_happy:

"I call on Captain Teague, Keeper of the Code!" :pir_laugh2:

It would be nice to get him as a minifigure and the book of pirate code in a set

We know that Lego listens to us so why not give them PoTC set ideas.

The LEGO Group accepts AFOL community feedback through the LEGO Ambassadors.

In the near future we will be collecting feedback about the Pirates of the Caribbean sets which will be sent to the LEGO Group.

Ooh!

Since playing the new video game demo and watching the 2nd film I am asolutely obsessed with the Dutchman crew!

They could make:

Dutchman crew battle pack for £9.99-£12.99. Containing...

Davy Jones, Maccus (The hammerhead one), Hadras, Jimmy Legs (He is the bosun, he was the one who tried to whip William Turner, but Bootstrap did it instead), Clanker (The one with a hat, in the film he wields chain shot) and Bootstrap Bill Turner. Also contains the chest with heart and some small tree or building. :pir-wub: I want this soooooo much!

Cursed crew battle pack for £9.99-£12.99. Containing...

Barbossa, Koehler (The one with Dreadlocks), Bo'sun (the African giant with tattoos), Raggeti, Pintel and Jacobi (The bomber maniac). Also contains a chest with Aztec gold and some small tree or building. This would be awesome too!

These Characters could be easily made as they are in the game, only new moulds being Davy Jones' beard and hat, Maccus' head, and Koehler's dreadlocks.

I think these would be awesome and I would pay lots for these! :pir-wub:
